★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έκανα μία παραγγελία (για προϊόντα με διαθεσιμότητα σε 2-3 ημέρες) στο κατάστημα 19/12/21. Στις 2/1/22 έστειλα mail για να ρωτήσω τι έγινε και η απάντηση ήταν η παρακάτω:

Σας ενημερώνουμε ότι η παραγγελία σας θα αποσταλεί σήμερα καθώς λόγω Credit καθυστέρησε να εμφανιστεί στο σύστημά μας.

Σε ερώτησή μου τι είναι τα credit δεν πήρα απάντηση.
Απεστάλη τελικά στις 5/1/22.
Η σχετική μου αρνητική αξιολόγηση στο Skroutz αναζητείται ακόμη καθώς καθώς περιμένει την "έγκριση" από το κατάστημα... (θα εγκρίνει δηλαδή το κατάστημα μία αρνητική για αυτό αξιολόγηση...)
Όσο για το Skroutz κατάσταση ebay plus.
I placed an order (for products with availability in 2-3 days) at the store 19/12/21. On 2/1/22 I sent an email to ask what happened and the answer was as follows:

We inform you that your order will be shipped today as due to Credit it was delayed from appearing in our system.

When I asked what credits are, I did not get an answer.
It was finally sent on 5/1/22.
My relative negative rating on Skroutz is still being sought as it awaits "approval" from the store ... (ie the store will approve a negative rating for this ...)
As for Skroutz ebay plus status.
