Παράγγειλα ένα ψυγείο και μόλις έφτασε στην οδό μου ο Οδηγός αφού αγενεστατα μου επισήμανε οτι έπρεπε να εχω κάποιον μαζι μου για να τον βοηθήσει (!) με έβαλε να σηκώσω μόνη μου το ψυγείο στο πρώτο σκαλί και έπειτα ενώ είχε καρότσι να το βάλει μέσα στην πολυκατοικία μπήκε στο φορτηγό και εξαφανίστηκε!!! Όταν τηλεφώνησα στην εταιρεία για να τους εξηγήσω τι έγινε η απάντηση τους(εξίσου αγενεστάτοι) ήταν "καλά και σεις δεν είχατε κάποιον εκεί να σας βοηθήσει?" Unacceptable service, rude behavior. I ordered a cooler and just arrived on my way to the Wizard, since he was telling me that I had to have someone with me to help him (!) Put me alone to pick up the cooler on the first step and then having a stroller put it in apartment building entered the truck and disappeared !!! When I phoned the company to explain to them what was their response (equally ignorant) was "good and you did not have anyone there to help you?"

Ο μεταφορέας, πέραν του ότι δεν έχει GPS ή κάποιον χάρτη έστω, σε παίρνει 10 τηλέφωνα για να βρει το σπίτι και σου ζητάει να το αφήσει σε άκυρα καταστήματα για να το παραλάβεις μόνος σου από εκεί. Δύο φορές μου ήρθε δέμα από εκεί και τις δύο το ίδιο πρόβλημα! Poor service. The carrier, in addition to not having a GPS or a map at all, picks up 10 phones to find the house and asks you to leave it in an invalid store to pick it up yourself from there. Twice I got a parcel from there and both the same problem!
I	Iakovos Sifakis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ΜΟΙΑΖΕΙ ΜΕ ΦΑΡΣΑ! Έκαναν 12 τηλεφωνήματα, προσπαθώντας να παραδώσουν ένα ελαφρύ δέμα! Σε όλα ήταν αγενείς. Στα 3 πρώτα, προσπαθούσαν να μου πουν πότε θα έρθουν (το πρόγραμμά τους άλλαζε διαρκώς). Στα 4 επόμενα έδωσα σε 3 διαφορετικά άτομα (δε μιλούσαν όλα καλά ελληνικά) αναλυτικές οδηγίες για το πώς θα βρουν μία κάθετο της λεωφόρου Βουλιαγμένης, πολύ κεντρικά. Στα τρία επόμενα μου ζητούσαν επίμονα να βοηθήσω στο ξεφόρτωμα και στο κουβάλημα: «Πρέπει να συνεργαστείτε για να γίνει η παράδοση!» μου είπαν, επί λέξει. Στο 11ο τηλεφώνημα τους ζήτησα να μην επικοινωνήσουν ξανά μαζί μου και να ακυρώσουν την παράδοση. Εννοείται ότι στο 12ο τηλεφώνημα δεν απάντησα. Ο προμηθευτής μου έστειλε το προϊόν με άλλο μεταφορέα, ο οποίος, απλά χτύπησε το κουδούνι και το παρέδωσε, όπως γίνεται πάντα! IT LOOKS LIKE A JOKE! They made 12 phone calls, trying to deliver a light parcel! They were rude in everything. In the first 3, they tried to tell me when they would come (their schedule was constantly changing). In the next 4 I gave 3 different people (not all spoke Greek well) detailed instructions on how to find a vertical of Vouliagmeni Avenue, very central. In the next three, I was persistently asked to help unload and carry: "You have to work together to make the delivery!" they told me, literally. On the 11th phone call I asked them not to contact me again and to cancel the delivery. Of course, I did not answer the 12th phone call. The supplier sent the product to me with another carrier, who just rang the bell and delivered it, as always!
H	Harris Aravantinos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγενείς και απαραδεκτοι στην τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία. Τους περίμενα μια ολόκληρη ημέρα και τελικά ηρθαν την επόμενη. Rude and unacceptable in telephone communication. I waited for them for a whole day and finally they came the next day.
