Με εξέπληξε ευχάριστα όταν μετά από ένα διάστημα από την τελευταία μου αγορά, με καλέσανε για να μάθουν αν είμαι ικανοποιημένη από την επιλογή των οπτικών μου. The staff is very polite, discreet, informed and willing to answer any clarifications / questions I had in order to choose the right ones for me visually! I was pleasantly surprised when after a while from my last purchase, I was called to find out if I am satisfied with my choice of optics.

Πας για ένα ζευγάρι φακών και σε βομβαρδίζουν -ευγενέστατα- με ένα σωρό παραπροϊόντα και "συμφέρουσες προσφορές". Στην προτελευταία μου επίσκεψη, μου έδωσαν διαφορετική μάρκα φακών από αυτή που ζήτησα, χωρίς να με ενημερώσουν, την οποία χρέωναν και πιο ακριβά. Σήμερα, αφού μου προώθησαν ως προσφορά μια διπλή συσκευασία υγρού φακών, μου είπαν ότι οι μονές συσκευασίες από το Renu και το Optifree (που παίρνω συνήθως με 8-9 ευρώ) στοιχίζουν 14 και 13,5 ευρώ αντίστοιχα, όσο δηλαδή η διπλή συσκευασία που μου προώθησαν. Οκ, it's a free market, το καταλαβαίνω, αλλά όταν περνάς κάποια όρια, έχεις και αντίθετα αποτελέσματα. Νομίζω, δε θα επιστρέψω στο εν λόγω κατάστημα. I put 2 stars for the (in my opinion) annoyingly aggressive marketing of that shop. Pass a couple of lenses and bombard -efgenestata- a pile products and "attractive offers". On my penultimate visit, they gave me a different brand of lens that I asked, without being informed, which charged more expensive. Today, he pushed me to offer a double packing liquid lenses, I was told that single packages of Renu and Optifree (usually get EUR 8-9) costing 14 and 13.5 euros respectively, as that is the double package They promoted me.
