★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παρήγγειλα στις 30 Νοεμβρίου κάτι χριστουγεννιάτικα και έλεγε παράδοση 4 εως 6 ημέρες , ακόμα δεν έχω παραλάβει τίποτα και ούτε πρόκειται! Με ενημέρωσε το κατάστημα ότι τα πράγματα έχουν φύγει από αυτούς στις 4 Δεκεμβρίου αν όντως ισχύει μάλλον η παράδοση γίνεται με καμήλα ?!!! Δυστυχώς η εταιρεία κούριερ με την οποία συνεργάζονται είναι απαράδεκτη , δεν σηκώνουν ποτέ το τηλέφωνο και με παίζουν μπάλα μια εβδομάδα τώρα. Εαν θέλουν να δουλέψουν θα πρέπει να αλλάξουν εταιρεία μεταφοράς γιατί έχουν ωραία πράγματα και είναι κρίμα! Την επόμενη φορά θα τα ζητήσω από τον Άγιο Βασίλη περισσότερες ελπίδες έχω να τα φέρει!
 I ordered something for Christmas on November 30 and it said delivery 4 to 6 days, I still have not received anything and neither is it! The store informed me that things have left them on December 4, if the delivery is really valid, it is done with a camel ? !!! Unfortunately the courier company they work with is unacceptable, they never pick up the phone and play ball with me for a week now. If they want to work they have to change transport company because they have nice things and it is a pity! Next time I will ask Santa Claus for more hope I have to bring them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Φαινόταν καλή εταιρία.. τόσα χρόνια μέχρι αποδείξεως του αντιθέτου. Μέχρι λίγες ημέρες τα πραγματα ερχόντουσαν εντάξει όποτε δεν υπήρχε και λόγος να έρθουμε σε αντιπαράσταση. Μέχρι που στην τελευταία μου παραγγελία μου ήρθε ένα ποτήρι σπασμένο, τους στέλνω email με φωτογραφία του σπασμένου ποτηριού, μου απαντάνε.. και για να μου κάνουν αντικατάσταση μου ζήτησαν τα μεταφορικά… Έλεος!!!!!! Αν αυτό είναι αντιμετώπιση σοβαρης εταιριας τι να πω…
Καλή χρόνια με υγεία!!!
It seemed like a good company .. so many years until proven otherwise. For a few days things went well whenever there was no reason to confront. Until in my last order a broken glass came to me, I send them an email with a photo of the broken glass, they answer me .. and in order to replace me they asked for the shipping… Mercy !!!!!! If this is a serious company approach what to say…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Λοιπόν είμαι πάντα δίκαιος ως προς τις κριτικές μου. Η ποιότητα των προιόντων είναι λίαν ικανοποιητική. Είναι υψηλής αισθητικής τα χριστουγεννιάτικα που αγόρασα. Τα παραπονά μου είναι : Διαθέσιμα προιόντα 4-6 ημερών μετά από ένα μήνα δεν ήρθαν ποτέ. Δεύτερον πολύ κακή επικοινωνία. Για να γίνει κάτι έπρεπε να πάρω 2 με 3 φορές τηλέφωνο κάθε φορά. Καμία ενημέρωση για την εξέλιξη της παραγγελίας ή διαθεσιμότητα των προιόντων. Μου έκανε τεράστια εντύπωση καθότι είχα προπληρώσει όλη την παραγγελία. Ενώ πέρασαν οι 6 ημέρες(Εργάσιμες) κανείς δεν έκανε τον κόπο να με ενημερώσει τι μέλλει γενέσθαι. Έκανα κάθε μέρα τηλεφωνήματα. Τελικά μου επεστράφησαν τα αναλογούντα χρήματα για όσα προιόντα δεν υπήρχαν έναν μήνα μετά κατόπιν επανηλειμμένων εκκλήσεων, ενώ τα διαθέσιμα τα παρέλαβα 2 εβδομάδες μετά την παραγγελία. Δεν ξέρω ποιός κάνει κουμάντο στην εταιρεία αλλά είναι κρίμα τόσο καλά προιόντα να χαντακώνονται από το κάκιστο σέρβις. για τον Κέντρο Ξένων Γλωσσών Κ.Ξανθάκου, Παναγιώτης Ξανθάκος ΥΓ.Να σημειωθεί οτι δεν άκουσα ούτε ένα συγνώμη για την λανθασμένη διαθεσιμότητα των προιόντων που ποτέ δεν ήρθαν (4-6 εργάσιμες ημέρες). ΥΓ2. Μην προπληρώνετε ποτέ. Μόνο αντικαταβολή. Παράγινε το κακό.
Well I'm always fair to my reviews. The quality of the products is very satisfactory. The Christmas tree I bought is of high aesthetics. My complaints are: Available products 4-6 days after a month never came. Second very bad communication. To do something I had to pick up the phone 2 to 3 times at a time. No information on the progress of the order or the availability of the products. I was very impressed because I had prepaid the whole order. While the 6 days (Working) have passed, no one bothered to inform me what is to be born. I made phone calls every day. Eventually I received the corresponding money for the products that did not exist a month later after repeated calls, while I received the available ones 2 weeks after the order.
