M	MarySakk Avenue on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι! Το δέμα μου είναι στα γραφεία τους εδώ και 9 ημέρες. Τους κάλεσα πάρα πολλές φορές εδώ και τόσες μέρες και μπόρεσα να επικοινωνήσω μόλις 2 φορές με υπάλληλο όπου μου είπε ότι θα λάμβανα το πακέτο μ μέχρι σήμερα κάτι το οποίο δεν έγινε ποτέ. Σήμερα μετά από επικοινωνία με άλλη υπάλληλο (από άλλο κατάστημα στη Θεσσαλονίκη, διότι το δέμα μου άλλαξε τόσες μέρες 3 προορισμούς χωρίς ακόμη να έρθει σε μένα)η οποία δεν είχε και την τρελή διάθεση να με εξυπηρετήσει, ενημερώθηκα ότι κάποιος προσπάθησε χτες και καλά να μου το φέρει, ότι μου στείλανε και μήνυμα καθώς και ότι μου αφήσανε και ειδοποιητήριο. Τίποτε από τα οποία δε συνέβει ποτέ! Καταλαβαίνω τη δυσκολη κατάσταση που μπορεί έχουν τώρα οι εν λόγω εταιρίες λόγω του αυξημένου όγκου δεμάτων αλλά τροπή τους να κοροϊδεύουνε τον κόσμο. Unacceptable! My parcel has been in their offices for 9 days. I called them many times so many days ago and I was able to contact them only twice with an employee who told me that I would receive the package with something that had never happened before. Today after contacting another employee (from another store in Thessaloniki, because my parcel changed 3 destinations for so many days without even coming to me) which did not have the crazy mood to serve me, I was informed that someone tried yesterday and well to He brings it to me, that they sent me a message as well as that they left me a notice. None of this will ever happen! I understand the difficult situation that these companies may have now due to the increased volume of parcels but their turn to make fun of the world.

Έκαναν προσπάθεια παράδοσης 1 φορά σε διαφορετικές ώρες από τις αναγραφόμενες στην παραγγελια..ζήτησα να γίνει δεύτερη παράδοση στις ενδεδειγμένες ώρες λόγω εργασίας και μου είπαν θα προσπαθήσουν αλλά καλύτερα να παραλάβω η ίδια από το κατάστημα.. .ωστόσο δεν είχα νεότερα οπότε χρειάστηκε να επικοινωνήσω πάλι εγώ ώστε να ειδοποιήσω ότι έχω δυσκολίες μετακίνησης και θα περάσω να το παραλάβω μόλις μπορεσω...10 ημέρες αργότερα το δέμα μου ( πληρωμενα προϊόντα ) είχαν επιστραφεί στην εταιρεία χωρίς προειδοποίηση και χωρίς καταγεγραμμένη προσπάθεια δεύτερης παράδοσης. Προκλητική και αγενεστατη συμπεριφορά της υπεύθυνης η οποία μου ζήτησε η ίδια να την αναφέρω στην εταιρεία....από την εταιρεία με ενημέρωσαν ότι είναι γνωστή η κακή εξυπηρέτηση από το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα και την συγκεκριμένη υπεύθυνη με πληθώρα παραπόνων... Unacceptable service in the store of Vas. Olga! They tried to deliver once at different times from the ones listed on the order..I asked for a second delivery at the appropriate hours due to work and they told me they will try but I better pick it up from the store .. .however I had no new ones so I had to contact again me to notify that I have difficulties moving and I will pass to pick it up as soon as I can ... 10 days later my parcel (paid products) were returned to the company without notice and without a registered second delivery attempt. Provocative and rude behavior of the manager who asked me to report her to the company .... the company informed me that the poor service from the specific store and the specific manager with a plethora of complaints is known ...

Παραγγελία από την Η & M και περιμένω 3 βδομάδες , χωρίς να με έχει καλέσει κανείς από την econt , ενώ έχω πληρώσει , και όταν τους παίρνω με κοροιδεύουν! Απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση! The worst!!!!! Order from H&M and I wait 3 weeks, without anyone having called me from econt, while I have paid, and when I get them they make fun of me! Unacceptable service!
j	j.j. moi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είμαι πάρα πολύ ευχαριστημένος από την εξυπηρέτηση του συγκεκριμένου γραφείου στην Βασ. Όλγας. Η υπεύθυνη είναι πάντα πρόθυμη και πολύ ευγενική. Επειδή διάβασα και άλλες κριτικές κατάλαβα ότι ο περισσότερος κόσμος δεν διαβάζει τις πληροφορίες που του δίνονται από τα e-shop και τα μυνήματα που του αποστέλλονται προς ενημέρωσή του, με συνέπεια να έχουν παράπονα και παράλογες απαιτήσεις!! I am very happy with the service of this office in Vas. Olgas. The person in charge is always willing and very kind. Because I read other reviews I realized that most people do not read the information given to them by the e-shops and the messages sent to them for information, with the result that they have complaints and unreasonable demands !!

First the document arrived in another office, and second this Greek office didn’t give the prepaid amount to their Bulgarian colleagues (they kept the sum to themselves), and the Bulgarian ECONT asked for the same amount once again. After I showed them the receipt they gave me the document, but in reality their service wasn’t covered by their Greek colleagues. I was trying to reach this IDS courier (ECONT express) in Thessaloniki by phone and with a SMS, but they never responded. I am not recommending you to use their service!
