Has good parking for Plaka Beach. You pay 6 EUR for parking and 2 sunbeds. There is also a bar and a restaurant, the food is not great.

Amazing hotel! The way is hard on the road but worth it Even though the rooms are basic, everything else is just great! The view, the area, and spacially the crew. Every one is so nice and walking to the beach is 30 second walk. The restaurant is nice and the bar also. I really recommend it, all the area is pretty hard to understand because each hotel is alone and far from the others

Update 1 day later: The hotel chef and owner unfortunately didnt take the opportunity to find out if we wanted to eat at their restaurant the next day, and if yes, what we would want to eat. As they had very very few visitors, this is not a tall expectation in a family-run business in my opinion. As a result, our group was split and some had to walk to eat (walking is a problem for 2 in the group). In addition, they tried to pass off pork as beef - quite unacceptable! For the owners, I would hope that they take this as positive criticism - the hotel and location is stunning! On the upside, the Beach bar at the bottom is excellent with excellent customer service - highly recommended. And the drinks are super - delicious! Yummmm! -----‐------------------------------- Exquisite hotel with perfect location. We are a group of 7 people - 2 couples, a father and son, and a single person. The owners are lovely, warm people who are so ready to please. They will accommodate their visitors with a quick sincere smile. The beach bar closes at 7pm, but Rania will be happy to stay if the group is fun and lively and dances to Greek music! You will hear the sea from your room, and if you wake up early, you will see the sunrise. Stunning. The beach is beautifully serviced. The hotel restaurant has great fresh food. We have yet to travel in the area, but from the drive-by, it looks quaint and seriously cute. If you are looking for excitement, this is not the best place. Great for small children (there are individual pools by the beach). For teens, it might be a bit boring.

Don't venture to the lower parking lot unless you know what you're doing as you might get stuck on the narrow road there, if there is two way traffic. Price varies from 6 euro to 6 euro with two coffees free

What a steal! Please do yourself and the Greek fiscal treasury a favor and ask for a receipt when they ask you to pay 6 euros (you get 2 sunbeds you didn't ask for and don't really need due to natural shadow, "for free") just to pass through their beach to access an extensive side of the coast (which is not private!). The owner is clearly taking advantage of the normal access to the beach being closed due to works, for months already.

The hotel is situated on the best beach on Pelion's coast which makes it a perfect accomodation choice for the ones who want to stick to hotel-beach routine. However it takes some effort to get to the nearest town Agios Ioanis because of the road that connects them.

Bad road to the parking. Dirty bathroom, but we asked them to clean it and they did. They change the towels every 3 days. The exterior very beautiful. Parking limited. Breakfast 9€ but it's good. Beach not included, 3€ per sunbed. Overall very expensive for what it offers. I don't recommend it.

We only visited the cocktail bar and it was excellent. The fried potatoes was a delicious finger food option to accompany the fantastic cocktails. The environment is amazing. Very cozy and of good quality. A remarkable place in Pelion.
