n	nik tiris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είχα πάει να πάρω έναν αποκωδικοποιητή από το κατάστημα του Παύλου μελά, άριστη εξυπηρέτηση πραγματικά και ο υπάλληλος πολύ καλός να πει την γνώμη του, να μου προτείνει ποιον να πάρω, αν και είχα edision παλιό μοντέλο, ήξερα ότι η ποιότητα είναι άριστη, άλλα το ίδιο άριστη είναι και η εξυπηρέτηση του προσωπικού!!! I was going to get a decoder from Paul's shop mela, excellent service really and the employee very good to say his opinion, suggest me who to get, although I had edision old model, I knew the quality is excellent, but the the same excellent service is provided by the staff !!!

Απο το καταστημα μου λενε να καλεσω την εταιρεια αυτοι λενε καλεσε το καταστημα και μας παιζουν μπαλακι. Ντροπη! I have the same problem, I got on the phone to ask them something and I got a bill on the phone of 14 euros. Unacceptable !!! From the store they tell me to call the company they say call the store and they play ball with us. Shame!

Σερβις το λενε να μας χρεωνουν 2 ευρω το λεπτο για τα προβληματα των μηχανηματων τους?? εχουν μονο "ροζ" τηλεφωνα για σερβις, ..εταιρεια ειναι εκει η κατι αλλο....??? This is not service this is a ripoff, 2eu / minute to solve a problem with their decoder, i am taking it back to the store. Service they say they charge us 2 euros per minute for the problems of their machines ?? they only have "pink" phones for service, ..is the company there or something else .... ???
d	dina lekiatou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Συμφωνω για το μηδενικο σερβις που λενε οτι εχουν. Το Eshop μας ειπε να καλεσουμε την εταιρεια για σεβις. Εχει περασει ο καιρος για να τα επιστρεψουμε και θα δουμε τι θα κανουμε αλλα μακρια απο τετοιες εταιρειες, Οι σοβαρες εταιρεις οχι μονο δεν χρεωνουν για τηλεφωνο παρεχουν μαλιστα και γραμμες χωρις χρεωση π.χ 800-- I would suggest to stay away from them , If you encounter any problem they charge 2-3 euros a minute to call them. I am stuck with their unit that cost me 25 euros so I am not willing to pay another 20-30 eu talking to them. I will just buy another DVB with good support. Who needs to waste time with them when there are better choices available I agree with the zero service they say they have. Eshop told us to call the company for service. It is time to return them and we will see what we will do but away from such companies, Serious companies not only do not charge for phone, they even provide free lines, for example 800-- I would suggest to stay away from them, If you encounter any problem they charge 2-3 euros a minute to call them. r	ron delano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαραδεκτο σερβις .Do not buy from them, just calling them will cost you over 20 euros to find out a fault of their units. Really, customers should never buy from places that charge for support by the minute. There are better options out there
