Δήμου Θέρμης παρέχει επαγγελματική εκπαίδευση στις εξειδικεύσεις της Χειροτεχνίας και της Κηπουρικής. Οι σκοποί και οι στόχοι του 1ου Ε.Ε.Ε.Ε.Κ. του Δήμου Θέρμης είναι να αποκτήσουν οι μαθητές του γενική και πρακτική επαγγελματική εκπαίδευση ανάλογη με τις δυνατότητες τους, να ενταχθούν στην παραγωγική διαδικασία και να εξελιχτούν ισότιμα μέσα στο κοινωνικό σύνολο. Με την έναρξη όμως της νέας σχολικής χρονιάς, υπάρχει πρόβλημα στην στελέχωση του σχολείου σε προσωπικό.
