★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγοράσαμε πριν από 11 μήνες ένα τραπέζι (σε κλασσικό δανέζικο design, κωδικος 20744-ΕΡ377, αξίας περίπου 400€) το οποίο από την πρώτη στιγμή παρουσίαζε προβλήματα. Ο,τι έπεφτε επάνω του άφηνε στάμπα. Αρχικά μας το αντικατέστησαν με άλλο ίδιο, αλλά εμφάνισε κι αυτό το ίδιο πρόβλημα. Στη συνέχεια το πήραν και το πέρασαν βερνίκι, το οποίο όμως μετά από λίγο καιρό άρχισε να μαδάει με αποτέλεσμα να έχουμε ένα τραπέζι "σκοροφαγωμένο". Μετά από μήνες εμπαιγμού ότι θα λυθεί το θέμα, λάβαμε τελικώς ένα μήνυμα από τον υπεύθυνο (ούτε καν τηλέφωνο δε σηκώνει), ότι η εταιρεία δεν μπορεί να κάνει κάτι επιπλέον και ότι εμείς φταίμε γιατί κάνουμε κακή χρήση του τραπεζιού!!!! Ναι.... έχετε δίκιο... το χρησιμοποιούμε για να τρώμε και δεν το έχουμε βάλει σε βιτρίνα!!! Απαράδεκτη η συμπεριφορά σας, λυπάμαι !
We bought a table 11 months ago (in classic Danish design, code 20744-ΕΡ377, worth about € 400) which from the first moment presented problems. What fell on him left a mark. At first they replaced it with another one, but it had the same problem. Then they took it and varnished it, but after a while it started to pluck with the result that we have a "scorched" table. After months of mockery that the issue will be resolved, we finally received a message from the person in charge (he does not even pick up the phone), that the company can not do anything extra and that we are to blame for misusing the table !!!! Yes .... you are right ... we use it to eat and we have not put it in a shop window !!! Your behavior is unacceptable, I'm sorry!
