D	Dimitris Koulemanis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πραγματικό γεγονός, συνέβη 17/2/2019. Καθόμουν με τους φίλους μου παρακολουθώντας τον αγώνα Άρης - Πανιώνιος όταν η σερβιτόρα ήρθε να μας πάρει παραγγελία. Εγώ δεν ήθελα να αγοράσω κάτι καθώς θα έφευγα μετά από 30-45 λεπτά, οπότε ζήτησα, εάν γίνεται, να μην παραγγείλω. Προς έκπληξη μου, με ενημέρωσαν πως ακόμα και αν δεν αγοράζα κάτι, θα πλήρωνα όσο καθόμουν εκεί με χρέωση 2€/ώρα. Θέλω να ξεκαθαρίσω πως είναι δικαίωμα του καθενός να λειτουργεί το κατάστημα του με δική του βούληση, ωστόσο προσωπικά θεωρώ την κίνηση αυτή πλήρως αντιεπαγγελματική και απόλυτη ξεφτίλα. Οι πελάτες δεν είμαστε μηχανή κέρδους και σίγουρα το μαγαζί δεν θα "ζήσει" με τα 2€ που θα έδινα εγώ εκείνη την στιγμή. Αμέσως μετά αποχώρησα από το μαγαζί. Το χειρότερο κομμάτι της ιστορίας είναι πως το εφφε καφέ ήταν στέκι για εμένα και τους συμφοιτητές μου, καθώς πηγαίναμε τακτικά 2-3 φορές την βδομάδα εκεί μετά το τέλος των μαθημάτων μας. Ίσως τελικά, τα 2€/ώρα αξίζουν περισσότερο από τα περίπου 35-40€ που αφήναμε κάθε βδομάδα συνολικά η παρέα μου στο μαγαζί, στο οποίο προφανώς και δεν θα ξαναπατήσουμε. Εύγε κύριοι! A real fact happened on 17/2/2019. I stayed with my friends watching the match Aris - Panionios when the waitress came to order us. I did not want to buy anything as I would leave after 30-45 minutes, so I asked if I did not order. To my surprise, they informed me that even if I did not buy anything, I would pay as much as I sat there for 2 € / hour. I want to make it clear that it is everyone's right to operate his shop at his own will, but I personally consider this move to be completely unprofessional and utterly flawed. Clients are not a profit engine and certainly the shop will not "live" with the 2 € that I would give at that moment. Immediately after I left the shop. The worst part of the story is that the coffee was a hangout for me and my fellow students, as we went regularly 2-3 times a week there after the end of our classes. Perhaps after all, the 2 € / hour is worth more than the approximately 35-40 € that we left every week at my store, where we obviously will not be back. Well, gentlemen!
Θ	Θοδωρής Γκ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (edit after reply) Παραγγείλαμε στην αρχή του ματς, μας σέρβιραν στις αρχές του δευτέρου ημιχρόνου κι επειδή δεν φύγαμε αμέσως και ξεκινούσε άλλο ματς σε λίγο, μας είπαν ότι πρέπει να ξαναπαραγγείλουμε αν θέλουμε να καθίσουμε κι άλλο. Τραγικό! -EDIT: Ωραία απάντηση! Πανικός υπήρχε γιατί ενώ γνωρίζατε ότι θα υπάρχουν 100+άτομα, εσείς είχατε μόνο μια κοπέλα σερβις. Επίσης δεν είχαμε σκοπό να καθίσουμε, ήθελα να τελειώσω απλά την μπύρα μου που δεν είχα προλάβει γιατί είχε καθυστερήσει μια ώρα. Όσο για τα 3€που λετε, δεν έχετε δικαίωμα να με διώξετε. Αν σας φαίνονται λίγα, ανεβάστε τις τιμές. Τα 200€/χρόνο του ΠΑΟΚtv τα βγάλατε μόνο σε μια μέρα και το ξέρουμε όλοι. Και πάλι όμως, δεν έχετε το δικαίωμα να με διώξετε. Το άλλο ΤΡΑΓΙΚΟ είναι ότι δεν δέχεστε κριτική. Έγραψα την εμπειρία μου χωρίς κακή πρόθεση, χωρίς να βρίζω, με σκοπό να δείτε και τη δική μου πλευρά. Ερχόμαστε στο μαγαζί από το 2009 και αρχίσαμε να βλέπουμε πράγματα που δεν μας αρέσουν. Κι αν κρίνω από το ύφος και το σκεπτικό της απάντησής σας, δεν πρόκειται να αλλάξουν. ΣΥΓΓΝΩΜΗ που λέμε αλήθειες που δεν σας συμφέρουν. Ευχαριστώ για το χρόνο σας (edit after reply) We ordered at the beginning of the game, they served us at the beginning of the second half and since we didn't leave immediately and started another game shortly, we were told we had to order again if we wanted to sit down again. If you find it a little expensive, raise the prices. PAOKtv's 200 € / year you only make it in one day and we all know it. But again, you have no right to prosecute me.
