Στον κομμωτήριο σκύλων καλύτερα να με κούρευαν. Εξυπηρέτηση, ευγένεια, επαγγελματισμός, ποιότητα ΟΛΑ ΑΓΝΩΣΤΑ για το συγκεκριμένο κομμωτήριο! Αγενέστατες όλ@, και πως απαντάτε έτσι στα σχόλια ειλικρινα; Την επιχείρηση την κάνουν οι άνθρωποι της, και οχι οι influencers που σας διαφημίζουν απλά και μόνο γιατί τους πληρώνετε,γιατί να σας διαφημίζουν για τις υπηρεσίες σας αποκλείεται. Από οτι βλέπω μια πολύ καλή πρακτική σας στις απαντήσεις των σχολίων είναι "δεν περάσατε ποτε από εδω" ή σύμφωνα με τις πελάτισσες να λέτε ψέματα για να καλύψετε την αχρειότητα σας. Η ΙΔΙΑ Η ΥΠΕΎΘΥΝΗ κατηγόρησε και την ίδια την κομμώτρια της ότι δεν ξέρει να κουρέβει. Η ΙΔΙΑ Η ΥΠΕΎΘΥΝΗ είπε πως οι influencers που πάνε δεν τις πληρώνει ΑΛΛΑ ΠΛΗΡΩΝΟΥΝΕ για να διαφημιζουνε το μαγαζί!!! Το χειρότερο κομμωτήριο σε όλα, Αντιεπαγγελματισμος (με ότι περιλαμβάνει αυτό), αγένεια, ειρωνία και ότι γενικά τους περισσεύει χωρίς καθόλου ΕΜΠΕΙΡΙΑ στα κουρέματα! Πιο συγκεκριμένα, Να αναφέρω εξαρχής ότι όλο μου το μαλλί ήταν υγιείς ΜΑΚΡΥ ΟΛΟ ΣΕ ΕΝΑ ΜΗΚΟΣ ΠΙΟ ΚΑΤΩ από την μέση. Ζητούμενο: Να κάνουμε στο μαλλί ένα σχήμα, αφού ήτανε όλο στο ίδιο μάκρος και συγκεκριμένα πίσω στην πλάτη όπως το βλέπει κανείς, να φαίνεται ένα V, μια μύτη. Στο οποίο ζητούμενο εννοείται και είχε ξεκαθαραστεί να μην κοπεί αρκετό μήκος και είχαμε δει τι ακριβώς θέλαμε να γίνει. Αυτό ήτανε το ζητούμενο. Αφού η"κομμώτρια" το απέφυγε τις δύο πρώτες φορές που πήγα με αποτέλεσμα το λεγόμενο "κούρεμα" που πλήρωσα να βαφτιστεί ως "λούσιμο στέγνωμα ίσιωμα με πιστολάκι"!!! Εν τέλη την τρίτη φορά που πήγα και επιχείρησαν επιτέλους να μου φτιάξουν το V συνέβη αυτό: ΑΠΟΤΈΛΕΣΜΑ Όλο το μαλλί έφτασε σχεδόν στον ώμο, δεξιά πλευρά είναι πιο κοντή από την αριστερή και δεν απευθύνομαι μόνο στα τουφακια ΠΡΟΦΑΝΩΣ αλλά σε όλη την δεξιά πλευρά του μαλλιού (στο μισό μαλλί δηλαδή) και το σχήμα έγινε φιλαριστό(???) ΤΡΟΜΕΡΌ ΣΦΑΛΜΑ Επίσης πριν γίνει αυτό, για μαλλί ΗΔΗ ξανθό θέλωντας να γίνει ακόμα πιο ανοιχτό ζητήσανε 200€ + λέγοντας ότι στην τιμή περιλαμβάνεται η ΔΕΗ το ΙΚΑ και ότι άλλο υπάρχει. Είστε ότι να ναι Μου κάνει τρομερή εντύπωση το πώς αντιμετωπίζετε τα αρνητικά σχόλια, είστε για γέλια πραγματικά και σας ευχαριστώ που μου μάθατε πως δεν είστε ότι φαίνεστε! Συνεχίστε να ειρωνεύεστε, κάνετε πολύ καλή δουλειά!? Πριν από ένα χρόνο έφτασα στο κομμωτήριο με μαλλιά κοντά , καμμένα , θαμπά , σε πολλά σημεία υπήρχαν κενά , γενικά με ένα κατεστραμμένο μαλλί ! Η Ιωάννα όπως και όλοι στο κομμωτήριο με βοήθησαν παρά πολύ ! Το είχα αποδεχθεί ότι δε θα είχα ποτε τα μαλλιά που ονειρευόμουν και αυτό με έριχνε πολύ ψυχολογικά ! Χάρη στην Ιωάννα και τα give aways που κάνει σε συνεργασία κε influencers, κατάφερα να αποκτήσω τα μαλλιά που ήθελα! Έφτασα λοιπόν στο κομμωτήρια , ως νικήτρια ενός give away για tape extensions. Η αντιμετώπιση που είχα ήταν απίστευτη. Με περιποιήθηκαν και φρόντισαν τα μαλλιά μου με αγάπη γιατί όντως ήθελαν να με βοηθήσουν. Μου κάνανε θεραπείες, αν και το δωρο μου δε συμπεριλάμβανε κάτι τέτοιο. Όλα με την παρότρυνση της Ιωάννας που την ενδιαφέρει πάντα ο πελάτης να είναι ευχαριστημένος αλλά και η υγεία των μαλλιών μας. Μου ζήτησε να την εμπιστευτώ , το έκανα και κάθε μέρα είμαι ευγνώμων για την εμπιστοσυνη που τους έδειξα. Ένα χρόνο μετά , έχω ένα μακρύ καρέ, λαμπερά και πυκνά μαλλια και όλα αυτά χάρη στις υπηρεσίες του κομμωτηρίου και τα επαγγελματικά σαμπουάν που χρησιμοποίησα. Εδώ και δυο εβδομάδες φυσικά περιμένω «να δείτε τι έγινε και να μου απαντήσετε» όπως μου στείλατε ως απάντηση στην κριτική που σας έστειλα στο Instagram. Θα αναφέρω αρχικά ότι είναι απαράδεκτο να μην υπάρχει ζεστό νερό για το λούσιμο. Όχι μόνο δεν υπήρχε ζεστό αλλά ήταν παγωμένο. Η τιμή που μου αναφέρατε πρώτου έρθω ήταν 17€ με ίσιωμα. Μου είπατε κιόλας ότι είναι «αναγκαστικό» το ίσιωμα λόγω του μαλλιού μου. Κλείνω λοιπόν ραντεβού με ίσιωμα. Το ίσιωμα ήταν πιστολάκι 10 λεπτά με ένα απλό βούρτσισμα. Ανέφερα στο τηλ συγκεκριμένα ότι θέλω και ίσιωμα. Καμία χρήση όχι μόνο ισιωτικής αλλά και καμία απολύτως χρήση προϊόντος στα μαλλιά μου. Οι φυτρες μου μετά το πιστολάκι, όπως σε όλους τους ανθρώπους, πετούσαν δεξιά αριστερά και έπρεπε να πω εγω αν είναι εύκολο να βάλουμε λακ. Κουρεύω τα μαλλιά μου καρέ χρόνια και κούρεμα καρέ σε μισή ώρα (και αν) πρώτη φορά συναντώ. Μισή ώρα κούρεμα λοιπόν, χωρίς ίσιωμα, παγωμένο νερό, καμία χρήση προϊόντος και 17€. Πρώτη φορά φεύγω από κομμωτήριο επίσης και είναι σαν να μην έχω πάει κομμωτήριο. Να αναφέρω και φυσικά το γεγονός ότι όσο περίμενα να ξεκινήσω το κούρεμα είχαν ερωτηθεί ολες οι κοπέλες τριγύρω μου τι θα ήθελαν να πιουν πέρα από εμένα. Προφανώς η εξυπηρέτηση που πλασάρεται στο Instagram είναι εικονική και προσφέρεται μόνο αν είσαι influencer. Λυπάμαι γιατί πραγματικά θα έδινα αυτά τα λεφτά με χαρά για αυτό που έβλεπα ότι και καλά προσφέρεται. Το μόνο θετικό ήταν πως η κοπέλα που με κούρεψε ήταν πολύ γλυκιά και ευγενική. Το γεγονός επίσης οτι μου αναφέρατε το πρόβλημα του κρύου νερού δεν αλλάζει τα πράγματα καθώς η μόνη επιλογή θα ήταν να αρνηθώ το λούσιμο με απότελεσμα να μην κουρευτώ τελικά και να παώ σπίτι μου χωρίς καν να γνωρίζετε απο που μπορεί να έχω έρθει. Θα έπρεπε να ντρέπεστε να κάνετε ψευδείς αναφορές και να λέτε οτι προσπαθήσετε να επικονωνήσετε μαζί μου ενώ δεν κάνατε την παραμικρή κίνηση ούτε στο instagram που σας έστειλα μήνυμα, ούτε με πήρατε κανένα απολύτως τηλ. Καλό είναι να δέχεστε τις κριτικές με ο,τι συνεπάγεται αυτό και όχι να προσπαθείτε να βγείτε και απο πάνω. Η εντύπωση μου για εσάς γίνεται όλο και χειρότερη. k	konstantina manola on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επισκέφτηκα πρόσφατα το συγκεκριμένο κομμωτήριο για πρώτη φορά λόγω της τόσης διαφήμισης στο Instagram. Εκανα μια θεραπεία ενυδάτωσης και κούρεμα. Οι κοπέλες ήταν ευγενικότατες κ πολύ πρόσχαρες, με περιποιήθηκαν και με το παραπάνω…. ? Να σημειωθεί ότι έχω πολύ λιπαρό δέρμα κ ίσια μακριά μαλλιά με αποτέλεσμα να λούζομαι κάθε δυο μέρες!! Με τη συγκεκριμένη θεραπεία που μου έκαναν τα κορίτσια κ με το σαμπουάν που μου έδωσαν, έχω να πω ότι σταμάτησε η λιπαρότητα, τώρα λαδώνουν ελάχιστο(σχεδόν καθόλου) τα μαλλιά μου πράγμα που δεν το πιστεύω ούτε εγώ! Έχω πάθει σοοοοκ!! Συν ότι από την ημέρα που έκανα τη θεραπεία τα μαλλιά μου είναι πάρα πολύ λεία, μαλακά κ δεν φριζάρουν. Όσων αφορά το κούρεμα, είχα πάει σε άλλο κομμωτήριο κ τα μαλλιά μου ήταν κομμένα στραβά! Η κοπέλα που με ανέλαβε, έβγαλε φωτογραφία από το κινητό μου κ μου έδειξε ότι είναι όντως στραβά κ μου τα έκοψε ίσια. Έπίσης είναι αρκετά οικονομικό σαν κομμωτήριο συγκριτικά με το προηγούμενο που είχα επισκεφτεί! Έδειξα τι ακριβώς ήθελα να κάνω και μου έκαναν μια αηδία. Καμιά σχέση με αυτό που εδειξα. Εχω κανει αρκετές φορές αυτήν την τεχνική οποτε ήξερα τι αποτελεσμα να περιμένω. Με ανέλαβε η Έφη. Η δουλειά της ήταν "αρπακολα" Δεν κράτησε καν χρόνο για να ανοίξει το μαλλί μου, και είχε ως αποτέλεσμα να μην ανοίξει όσο ήθελα. Ένωση δεν υπήρχε μεταξύ τους. Ήταν λες και μου τα πέταξε μέσα σε ένα κουβά και μου τα έβαψε. Δεν μέτρησε καν ποσες τουφες ήταν από τη μια και ποσες απο την αλλη. Άλλο ξανθό απο τη μια αλλο απο την άλλη και φουλ πορτοκαλι. Και το χειροτερο, μου έσπασε τη ρίζα με βαφή. Και είχα τονίσει, ότι δε θέλω να μου πειράξουν τη ρίζα. Κι επισης, μου τα χτένιζε λες και χτένιζε μαλλιά γαιδουρας,με αποτελεσμα να με ποναει πολυ. Έδωσα 150 ευρώ τσάμπα. Πεταμένα λεφτά θα δώσετε αν πατε. Δεν αξίζει καν. Μόνη μου να τα έβαφα, καλυτερα θα έβγαιναν. Πλέον, όταν βλέπω τις influencer να το διαφημίζουν γελάω. Μ	Μαρία Β on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επισκέφτηκα το Κομμωτηριο και έκανα tape extensions πριν ένα μήνα , φυσικά και είναι ένα κομμωτήριο το οποίο είναι διαφημισμένο παρά πολύ και είχα τις επιφυλάξεις μου , περίμενα ένα μήνα να δω πως θα εξελιχθούν τα μαλλιά μου . Εντέλει τα μαλλιά μου οχι απλά ότι είναι μακριά πλέον τα tape επειδή χτενίζομαι σε Κομμωτηριο δίπλα από το σπίτι μου καθώς μένω Χαλάνδρι παραδέχθηκε ότι η δουλειά είναι τουλάχιστον εξαιρετική . Πλήρωσα 400€ μαζί με κούρεμα και χτένισμα + το ενημερωτικό ραντεβού που κάνουν δωρεάν . Περιμένω φυσικά να δω την εξέλιξη τους αλλά προς το παρών είμαι πολύ ευχαριστημένη . Το μόνο αρνητικό είναι ότι επειδή τα κορίτσια έχουν αρκετή δουλειά μπορεί λίγο να περιμένεις καθώς η Ιωαννα τρέχει πάνω κάτω γιατί ασχολείται και με το Insta . Κατά τα αλλά όλα super !!!!!! Μπήκα στην διαδικασία κριτικής γιατί πολύ κακεντρέχεια βρε αδερφάκι μου . Μην δουν έναν να κάνει κάτι καλο κατευθείαν να τον φάμε ! Να σημειώσω ότι τα κορίτσια τα ήξερα καθώς έκανε Βλεφαριδες με την Ιωαννα από το 2020 για αυτό και τους εμπιστεύτηκα . Λίγο της καθυστερήσεις να διορθώσετε και όλα τέλεια .
