★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ίσως είναι ώρα να αλλάξετε όνομα γιατί αν κάτι ΔΕΝ σας χαρακτηρίζει, αυτό είναι η ευγένεια! Ειδικά η μανδάμ στο τηλ. κέντρο, μάλλον πρέπει να αλλάξει πόστο γιατί σίγουρα στην εξυπηρέτηση πελατών έχει σημαντικές ελλείψεις..κι αυτό το διαπιστώνω σταθερά απ'οταν σας εμπιστεύτηκα για τη φύλαξη των χαλιών μου, εδώ και 3 χρόνια. Αλλά κάθε φορά, τη δικαιολογούσα λόγω της πίεσης που μπορεί να δέχεται σε συγκεκριμένες περιόδους. Φέτος απλά επιβεβαίωσα ότι είναι θέμα attitude και έτσι αποφάσισα ότι αυτή ήταν και η τελευταία φορά που φέρνω τα χαλιά μου σε εσάς. Αγενέστατη, με τρελό τουπέ στο τηλέφωνο...λες και μας κάνετε και χάρη που φυλάτε τα χαλιά μας, ενώ πληρώνουμε. Πέραν αυτής, προσωπικά δεν μπορώ να δεχθώ ότι για 3η χρονιά θα στρώσω με καθυστέρηση 3 εβδομάδων λόγω φόρτου εργασίας. Μου κάνει εντύπωση που κάθε φορά μου εξηγείτε ότι γίνεται χαμοος και δεν υπάρχει άλλη διαθεσιμότητα..ενώ αυτό πραγματικά δε θα έπρεπε να με απασχολεί. Είναι δικό σας θέμα το τι στόλο έχετε διαθέσιμο κάθε φορά. Που είναι το παράλογο δλδ. ότι όλοι στρώνουν αρχές και μέσα Νοέμβρη; Αν δεν μπορείτε να παραδώσετε τότε...είναι δικό σας θέμα, όχι των πελατών σας. Υπάρχουν πελάτες που στρώνουν μέσα Γενάρη μήπως; Το ίδιο βέβαια μου συνέβη και όταν σας κάλεσα για αποθήκευση...παλι πνιγισασταν και ήρθατε 10 μερες αργότερα και είχα τα χαλιά στο σαλόνι και τα έβλεπα! Θα πρότεινα να δείτε λίγο πιο επαγγελματικά το θέμα...
Maybe it's time to change your name because if something does NOT characterize you, it is courtesy! Especially the lady in the call center, probably has to change position because she definitely has significant shortcomings in customer service ... and I have been seeing this steadily since I trusted you to take care of my carpets, for 3 years. But each time, I justified it because of the pressure it may receive at certain times. This year I just confirmed that it is a matter of attitude and so I decided that this was the last time I bring my carpets to you. Very rude, with a crazy toupee on the phone ... as if you are doing us a favor by keeping our carpets while we pay. Apart from that, I personally can not accept that for the 3rd year I will lay with a delay of 3 weeks due to workload. It strikes me that every time you explain to me that it becomes a mess and there is no other availability ... while this really should not bother me. It is up to you what fleet you have available each time. Where is the absurdity that everyone lays down principles in mid-November? If you can not deliver then ... it's your business, not your customers'. Are there any customers who lay in January? The same of course happened to me when I called you for storage ... you drowned again and you came 10 days later and I had the carpets in the living room and I was looking at them! I would suggest you to look at the subject a little more professionally ...
