Π	Παναγιώτα Βενιού on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Την επισκέφτηκα σήμερα με την 4,5 ετών κόρη μου η οποια είχε μια τραυματική εμπειρία με τον προηγούμενο παιδοδοντιατρο που είχαμε επισκεφτεί 4 μήνες πριν για να κανει ένα σφράγισμα το οποίο οπως κατόπιν εορτής μαθαμε ότι ήταν προσωρινό. Υπομονετική, επεξηγηματική, ήρεμη και άριστη επαγγελματίας η κα Συρράκου κατάφερε παρά τον φόβο του παιδιού μετά την άτυχη εμπειρία που είχε από τον προηγούμενο παιδοδοντιατρο να ολοκληρώσει την μεγάλη βλάβη που είχε το δόντι του παιδιού. Και ομολογώ πως η κόρη μου δεν ήταν καθόλου συνεργάσιμη στην αρχή και έκλαιγε ασταμάτητα. Όλη η ομάδα της εκπληκτική. Συγχαρητήρια και στην γραμματέα για την άψογη εξυπηρέτηση από το κλείσιμο του ραντεβού μέχρι και την ολοκλήρωση του. I visited her today with my 4.5 year old daughter who had a traumatic experience with the previous pediatric dentist we had visited 4 months ago to do a filling which which after a party we learned was temporary. Patient, explanatory, calm and excellent professional, Ms. Syrrakou managed despite the child's fear after the unfortunate experience she had from the previous pediatric dentist to complete the great damage that the child's tooth had. And I confess that my daughter was not cooperative at all at first and cried incessantly. Her whole team is amazing. Congratulations to the secretary for the impeccable service from the closing of the appointment until its completion.
Ε	ΕΥΓΕΝΙΑ ΚΑΤΟΥΦΑ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πριν από 27 χρόνια ήρθα για πρώτη φορά στο ιατρείο της Έφης Συρράκου, μετά από το διάβασμα ενός άρθρου της σε τοπική εφημερίδα του Χαλανδρίου. Τώρα που τα πρώτα από τα 4 παιδιά μου κοντεύουν τα τριάντα, αισθάνομαι την ανάγκη να εκφράσω την ευγνωμοσύνη μου για όσα τους έμαθε και για την εξαιρετική εμπειρία πού είχαν μαζί της. Αρκεί να πω ότι μέσα στο αυτοκίνητο, καθ' οδόν προς το ιατρείο, έκαναν διαγωνισμό (1 2 3 ΠΡΩ!) για το ΠΟΙΟΣ ΘΑ ΚΑΘΙΣΕΙ ΠΡΩΤΟΣ ΣΤΗΝ ΟΔΟΝΤΙΑΤΡΙΚΗ ΚΑΡΕΚΛΑ! Σήμερα βλέπω με τι σχολαστικότητα φροντίζουν τα δόντια τους, ώστε δεν χρειάστηκε ως τώρα να κάνουν κάποια επέμβαση. Επίσης εκείνη η εμπειρία τους έχει αφήσει κάποιες από τις καλύτερες αναμνήσεις της παιδικής τους ηλικίας, που τις φέρνουν στο μυαλό και στις κουβέντες τους με χαμόγελο και νοσταλγία! Όποιος νομίσει ότι υπερβάλλω ή τα γράφω αυτά για κάποιον σκοπό, ας επικοινωνήσει μαζί μου να του εξηγήσω με λεπτομέρειες... 27 years ago I came for the first time to the office of Efi Syrrakou, after reading an article by her in a local newspaper of Halandri. Now that my first 4 children are approaching thirty, I feel the need to express my gratitude for what she has taught them and for the wonderful experience they had with her. Suffice it to say that in the car, on the way to the doctor's office, they made a competition (1 2 3 FIRST!) For WHO WILL SIT FIRST IN THE DENTAL CHAIR! Today I see how meticulously they take care of their teeth, so that they did not have to do any surgery until now. Also that experience has left them some of the best memories of their childhood, which they bring to their minds and conversations with a smile and nostalgia! Anyone who thinks that I am exaggerating or writing this for some purpose, let me contact you to explain in detail ...

Τα παιδιά φεύγουν σίγουρα ικανοποιημένα και ξεχνούν το φόβο. Εξυπηρετική κ η βοηθός της γιατρού, καθώς και οι κοπέλες στην υποδοχή. Επίσης, το παιδι παίρνει κ το δωράκι του κάτι που τα χαροποιεί ιδιαίτερα. The day before yesterday, we visited Ms. Syrrakou for the first time. The doctor is fully explanatory during the examination and her approach to the child is impeccable. The children definitely leave satisfied and forget the fear. Helpful and the doctor's assistant, as well as the girls at the reception. Also, the child gets his gift, something that makes them very happy.

Την συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα. An incredible doctor with her whole team who knows how to make the children trust her and go through any work calmly and painlessly. I highly recommend it.

Έκανε εξονυχιστικό έλεγχο και φθορίωση στα δόντια της μικρής χωρίς να της δημιουργήσει καθόλου άγχος. Πολύ ευχάριστη εμπειρία για το παιδί. Today we visited Mrs. Syrrakou with our daughter of 4.5 years. The doctor was very explanatory and willing to answer any of our questions. He did a thorough examination and fluoridation of the little girl's teeth without creating any stress. Very pleasant experience for the child.

However we went to have a filling done today and both me and my 6 year old were very upset with her lack of empathy and her impatience. Maybe she was having a rough day, but it was not a pleasant experience for us and we certainly will not be going there again.
