H	Hellu T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δυστυχως η εμπειρια μου στο καταστημα δεν ηταν και η καλυτερη! Επισκεφθηκα το καταστημα για ενα pedicure απλο και ζητησα γαλλικο. Η κατα τα αλλα πολυ προσχαρη και ευγενικη κοπελα, δεν καταφερε μετα απο περιπου 1,5 ωρα που βρισκομουν εκει να ολοκληρωσει το pedicure. Τη μια το γαντι ακουμπουσε στο χρωμα, την αλλη η γραμμη ηταν στραβη κ επρεπε να την ξαναπερασει κ μετα "ετρεχε" κτλ. Να δηλωσω εδω οτι η κοπελα εκανε την προσπαθεια της. Καποια στιγμη και ενω ειχαμε κ οι δυο κουραστει κ οι επομενοι πελατες ηταν εκει ζητησα να τα ξεβαψουμε να πληρωσω και να φυγω. Παρολα αυτα, εκανε μια υστερη προσπαθεια, ξεβαψε τα νυχια που ειχαν στραβες γραμμες και προσπαθησε να διορθωσει το προβλημα. Παρολα αυτα το top coat περαστηκε στο μισο νυχι λογω της ελλειψης χρονου και σε 2 νυχια η γραμμη απλωθηκε. Πληρωσα και εφυγα. Μολις εφτασα σπιτι, τηλεφωνησα λοιπον στο μαγαζι, στην κυρια Εφη και ζητησα να παω την επομενη μερα να μου περασουν ενα απλο βερνικι (επιπληρωμης φυσικα) κ εστειλα και φωτογραφιες του αποτελεσματος στο FB. Καμια απαντηση απο την ιδια, οπως και φευγοντας απο το μαγαζι δεν μπηκε στον κοπο εστω να δει το αποτελεσμα ή να ρωτησει αν τελικα πηγαν ολα καλα. Να σημειωσω οτι η κοπελα οταν συζητησα να τα ξεβαψουμε, να πληρωσω κ να φυγω, πηγε ιδαιτερα κ της μιλησε. Η αδιαφορια λοιπον της ιδιοκτητριας τοσο κατα την αποχωρηση μου αλλα κ επειτα οταν επικοινωνησα τηλεφωνικως μαζι της κ τις εστειλα τις φωτογραφιες με εκανε να δωσω τοσο χαμηλη βαθμολογια. Να σημειωσω οτι ηταν η πρωτη φορα που πηγα στο μαγαζι για οποιαδηποτε περιποιηση. Διοτι μπορει η τεχνητρια να ειχε μια ασχημη μερα (επισης το μανο ηταν elixir, οποτε πολλα μπορει να φταινε) αλλα η αντιμετωπιση μου απο την ιδιοκτητριας ως πελατισσα που εχει δυσαρεστηθει με πληρης αδιαφορια με εκανα να αφησω αυτη την κριτικη. Ελπιζω να ειμαι η εξαιρεση :) Unfortunately my experience in the store was not the best! I visited the store for a simple pedicure and asked for French. The otherwise very happy and kind girl, did not manage to complete the pedicure after about 1.5 hours that I was there. On the one hand the glove was resting on the paint, on the other the line was crooked and he had to cross it again and then "run" etc. Let me state here that the girl made her effort. At some point while we were both tired and the next customers were there I asked to wash them to pay and leave. However, he made a small effort, bleached the nails that had crooked lines and tried to correct the problem. Nevertheless, the top coat was passed on half of the nail due to lack of time and in 2 nails the line was spread. I paid and left. As soon as I got home, I called Mrs. Efi at the store and asked to go the next day to get a simple varnish (payable of course) and I sent photos of the result on FB. No answer from her, as well as leaving the store did not bother to see the result or to ask if everything went well in the end. To note that the girl when I discussed to wash them, to pay and to leave, went particularly and talked to her. So the indifference of the owner so much when I left but then when I contacted her by phone and sent them the photos made me give such low ratings. Note that this was the first time I went to the store for any treatment. Because the artificial woman may have had a bad day (also the mano was elixir, so a lot could be wrong) but my treatment by the owner as a customer who has been dissatisfied with complete indifference made me leave this criticism. I hope to be the exception :)
