★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Προσπαθώ να έρθω σε επικοινωνία με τηλέφωνο και email εδώ και 3 εβδομάδες και δεν απαντάει ποτέ κανείς. Χρειάζομαι άμεσα εξυπηρέτηση λόγω εργασίας και μου δημιουργούν προβλήματα αίσχος δεν υφίστανται τέτοια πράγματα
 I have been trying to get in touch by phone and email for 3 weeks and no one ever answers. I need immediate service due to work and they create problems for me, there are no such things

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν σηκώνουν τα τηλέφωνα. Υποτίθεται λόγω κορονοιού και λόγω φόρτου εργασίας....Υπάρχει πολύ σοβαρό θέμα και δεν βρίσκεται ένας άνθρωπος να μιλήσω. Θα πρέπει δηλαδή κανείς να χάσει ένα μεροκάματο το λιγότερο για να ταλαιπωρηθεί από κοντά. Είστε απαράδεκτοι.
They do not pick up the phones. Supposedly due to coronary and due to workload .... There is a very serious issue and there is no one to talk to. In other words, one has to lose at least one part-time job in order to suffer closely. You are unacceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ένα μήνα προσπαθώ να κλείσω ραντεβού μέσω της πλατφόρμας. Κάθε φορά που πατάω Ναι για ραντεβού σε υποκατάστημα η αίτηση δεν προχωράει και πρέπει να την ακυρώσω.
I have been trying to make an appointment through the platform for a month. Every time I click Yes for an appointment at a branch the application does not go ahead and I have to cancel it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τι να πεις κάνεις για την υπηρεσία αυτή; Το ότι τέτοια κέντρα είναι η ντροπή της Ελλάδας και ότι είμαστε τριτοκοσμικη χώρα; Δεν θα μπω στην διαδικασία να εξηγήσω τους λόγους γιατί όλοι τους ξέρουμε.
What can you say about this service? That such centers are the shame of Greece and that we are a third world country? I will not go into the process of explaining the reasons why we all know them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν σηκώνουν το τηλέφωνο ποτέ, εν καιρό πανδημίας παίρνει ο κόσμος να του βοηθήσει και αυτοί δεν απαντάνε στο στο τηλέφωνο με τίποτα. Η κοινωνική προσφορά των ατόμων που δουλεύουν εκεί είναι ίση με κενο του διαστήματος, το απόλυτο μηδέν. Απλά διορίστηκαν κάποια στιγμή και από τότε τους πληρώνουμε....
They never pick up the phone, in times of pandemic people get help and they do not answer the phone with anything. The social contribution of the people who work there is equal to the space gap, the absolute zero. They were just appointed at some point and since then we pay them ....
