Social security in greece . Not very efficient but helpful staff

Remember to bring anything in the way of paperwork that may be required. Come early to ensure that you will be seen, and be prepared to wait.

State institute and that's always a hard one in Greek. But with patience it works out.

Bad customer service and they don’t speak English. Have been there 3 times and had appointment. They don’t care and tell you to go . Worst place in history .

Went to the dentist here. She is very skilled and for the first time in my life I had no need of any anaesthetic. From now on I will have no fear of going to the dentist

We were directed here from local Kep office with all relevant paperwork too be fronted by an obnoxious madam who was rude and unhelpful to say the least no matter how I tried to reason and explain she had no interest in helping whatsoever.its time the government had the shake up of these office workers as publicised and things could run smooth and efficiently instead of the present debacle

Unpleasant employees, with a miserable system if you can call it a system. The place is also rundown. I would rather clean 20 public toilets then deal with that place again.

The recent experience was shameful. As an expat Canadian, my wife and I were exploring the possibility of repatriating to Greece. After an almost five hour wait we got no further than when we went in. It seemed like the public servant was looking for an opportunity to deny us the help we needed. As an example, we could not send a copy of a document electronically because their inbox was full and would therefore take her too long to retrieve. There didn't seem to be problem a little earlier when another gentleman persuaded the same servant to accept his document via email. It seems he reached the cut-off point! If this, in itself, was not bad enough, there were three near altercations between the security servant at the entrance and people asking for help and/or information. One of them was a young lady who seemed desperate to get an appointment. The saddest part of all this is that noone was fazed by all the commotion. It seems like this is part of everyday life in Greece. Follow up: A friend, who I enabled to represent me, was able to get an appointment within a week and then acquire an AMA number for me -- all in less than half an hour! I was impressed. There is hope! Changed my rating......
