p	pali lipa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Προσπαθούσα μήνες να επικοινωνήσω με ΙΚΑ στην Αθήνα για να κάνω μια ερώτηση για μια διαδικασία που θα έπρεπε στο ΙΚΑ μόνο να την κάνω αλλά να ξέρω τί χρειάζεται απο χαρτιά, και αφού έστειλα δύο εμαιλ για ραντεβού λόγω covid και δεν πήρα απάντηση, σκέφτηκα οτι αφού θα ήμουν Πτολεμαιδα για κάποιες μέρες τον Αύγουστο να καλέσω στο Μητρώο μπας και το σηκώσει κανείς να ρωτήσω τί πρέπει να κάνω. Απάντησε μια κυρία που πολύ ευγενικά μου είπε τί χρειάζομαι, και οτι μπορώ να πάω σε αυτούς να κάνω τη δουλειά μου. Ήθελα να βάλω τα κλάματα απο την χαρά μου. Όντως πήγα και μέσα σε λίγα λεπτά με εξυπήρετησαν και θέλω και τις δύο κυρίες που εργάζονται στο Μητρώο και ήταν την Δευτέρα 10.8 εκεί να τις ευχαριστήσω δημόσια και να πω τα καλύτερα. I was trying for months to contact IKA in Athens to ask a question about a procedure that I should only do at IKA but to know what is needed from papers, and after I sent two emails for an appointment due to covid and did not get an answer, I thought that after I would be Ptolemy for a few days in August to call the Bass Registry and have someone pick it up to ask what I should do. Answered a lady who very kindly told me what I need, and that I can go to them to do my job. I wanted to cry from my joy. I did go and within a few minutes they served me and I want both ladies who work at the Registry and they were there on Monday 10.8 to thank them publicly and say the best.

It is as if you are bothering him about your issue at home and not in public service. ... When you go there. ...
