★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Λυπάμαι πραγματικά γιατί ενώ είχα βρει υπέροχη την ιδέα, του market του efood, απογοητεύτηκα!! Έχω παραγγείλει άπειρες φορές, τόσο από το Ηράκλειο της Κρήτης όσο και από τον Πειραιά. Χτες παραγγέλνω στις 1,15το μεσημέρι. Στέλνω email στις 14,00!!! Γιατί η παραγγελία, δεν είχε έρθει ακόμη, και τότε, με καλούν στο τηλέφωνο στις 14,00 να μου πουν, ότι ένα από τα δύο πακέτα κρουασάν, που παρήγγειλα, δεν το έχουν. Έχουν μόνο 1. Και απαντώ είστε σοβαροί;Περίμενα 45' και έστειλα μνμ εγώ για να μου το πουν. Θα την ακύρωνα, την παραγγελία, αλλά είχα οδοντιατρική επίσκεψη, και περίμενα την οδοντόκρεμα μαζί με άλλα είδη , γιατί είχα ραντεβού, στο οποίο μάλιστα άργησα με όλο αυτό. Μένω σε ξενοδοχείο γιατί έχω έρθει για αυτόν τον σκοπό εδώ!! Και τελικά παρέλαβα, στις 14,30!!! Παραθέτω πιο κάτω εικόνες από την online παραγγελία μου, και την ώρα, την κλήση που δέχτηκα, και το μνμ που έλαβα στις 14,30 μαζί με έναν εκπτωτικό κωδικό, για έκπτωση 10,00€, σε επόμενη παραγγελία!! Και το συνοδευτικό Λυπόμαστε, για την αναστάτωση! Και δεν είναι η πρώτη φορά, που μου συνέβη. Έχει συμβεί και στο Ηράκλειο Κρήτης. Λοιπόν με 10€ έκπτωση , και Λυπόμαστε, κάθε φορά....δεν μένουν οι πελάτες. Ευτυχώς που υπάρχουν ακόμη δύο εταιρείες, και έχουν μίνι μάρκετ!!

I would cancel the order, but I had a dental visit, and I was waiting for the toothpaste along with other items, because I had an appointment, in which I was late with all that. I stay in a hotel because I have come here for this purpose !! And finally I received, at 14.30 !!! I quote below images from my online order, and the time, the call I received, and the mnm I received at 14.30 along with a discount code, for a discount of € 10.00, on next order !! And the accompanying Sorry, for the inconvenience! And this is not the first time this has happened to me. It has also happened in Heraklion, Crete. Well with 10 € discount, and we'm sorry, every time .... the customers do not stay. Fortunately, there are two more companies, and they have a mini market !!
