Πήγα στο υποκατάστημα στις 11/05/2018 για μια πληρωμή και για να κάνω μερικές ερωτήσεις , είχε ελάχιστο κόσμο και έτσι εξυπηρετήθηκα άμεσα .
Μίλησα με 3 υπάλληλους και όλοι τους εκτός του ότι ήταν ευγενικοί απάντησαν άμεσα στις ερωτήσεις μου.
Ελπίζω να κρατήσουν την ευγένια και την αμεσότητα τους και να είναι αυτός ο κανόνας και οχι η γνωστή ξινίλα του Δημόσιου Υπάλληλου.
To say the bad but also to say the good.
I went to the branch on 11/05/2018 for a payment and to ask a few questions, it was very crowded and so I was served immediately.
I spoke to 3 employees and all of them except that they were polite answered my questions immediately.
I hope they keep their courtesy and immediacy and that this is the rule and not the well-known sourness of the Civil Servant.
