K	Konstantinos Anagnostou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαραδεκτοι. Ο υπαλληλος μετα το γεμισμα αφησε ανοικτο το ντεποζιτο και το καπακι, ενω ημουν εντος του οχηματος. Με ειδοποιησαν διερχομενοι οδηγοι 2 χλμ μετα.Επισης η εξυπηρετηση ηταν αργη χωρις ιδιαιτερη κινηση στο μαγαζι. Unacceptable. The clerk left the tank and the lid open after filling, while I was inside the vehicle. I was alerted by passing drivers 2 km later. Also the service was slow without much traffic in the store.
I	Ioanna Tsioufi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επισκέφτηκα το συγκεκριμένο πρατήριο ημέρα προσφοράς παρόλο που είχε τρομερή «κίνηση» εξυπηρετήθηκα πολύ γρήγορα και ο υπάλληλος ήταν τόσο ευγενικός που προσφέρθηκε να κάνει έλεγχο στα λάδια του αυτοκινήτου μου καθώς και τσέκαρε τον αέρα στα λάστιχα. Μπράβο τους! Η αίθουσα ήταν πολύ καθαρή, υπήρχε αντισηπτικό για τους πελάτες και η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν άμεση. Έμεινα απόλυτα ικανοποιημένη από το συγκεκριμένο πρατήριο γιατί διέκρινα οργάνωση και επαγγελματισμό! The employees were very kind and willing. Very positive that everyone wore a mask. The room was very clean, there was antiseptic for the customers and the service was immediate. I was completely satisfied with this station because I distinguished organization and professionalism!

Δεν υπήρχε καθόλου αναμονή παρότι υπήρχαν αρκετά αυτοκίνητα την ώρα που πήγα και ο υπάλληλος ήταν πολύ πρόθυμος να μου απαντήσει σε κάποιες απορίες που είχα σχετικά με το smart club και τους πόντους. Very positive impression from this station. There was no waiting at all although there were several cars at the time I went and the clerk was very willing to answer any questions I had about the smart club and the points.

Ήταν 4-5 υπάλληλοι οι οποίοι ξενέρωσαν όταν τους είπαμε τι θέλαμε και μιλούσαν στη γλώσσα τους, μεταξύ τους, φέρνοντας μας σε δύσκολη θέση. Αφού τελείωσαν και μπήκαμε στο αυτοκίνητο, εσωτερικά ήταν σε αρκετά σημεία βρόμικο με αποτέλεσμα να το καθαρίσουμε εμείς. Εξυπηρέτηση με το ζόρι και κανείς δε φορούσε μάσκα!! We went for car wash inside-out. There were 4-5 employees who became alienated when we told them what we wanted and they spoke their language to each other, putting us in a difficult position. Ρώτησα το υπάλληλο που θα μου έβαζε βενζίνη αν έχουν τα αυτοκινητάκια που διαφημίζουν μου είπε πως υπάρχουν του είπα να βάλει βενζίνη μου είπε πήγαινε μέσα να δεις πια είναι διαθέσιμα για να διαλέξω και τότε μου είπαν ότι έχουν τελειώσει. Συνηθισμένο. They did not have a gift card that I wanted to get. I asked the clerk who would give me petrol if they have the cars they advertise, he told me that there are, I told him to put petrol and he told me to go inside and see if they are now available for me to choose from and then they told me that they are finished. Usual.
Φ	Φωτεινή Κουμπούλη on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ενώ ήμουν σταθερή τα τελευταία δύο τρία χρόνια Σε πολλά βενζινάδικα αντι για βενζίνη μου έβαζαν αέρα ή κι εγώ δεν ξέρω τι... εκεί όμως όχι... είχα καλή εξυπηρέτηση.. καλή ποιότητα. Όπου κι αν ήμουν, πάντα πήγαινα εκεί για βενζίνη... ένιωθα εμπιστοσύνη Τον τελευταίο καιρό, δεν είναι έτσι.. Δύο φορές έβαλα λίγη βενζίνη (είχα λίγα χρήματα πάνω μου τι να κάνουμε), δύο φορές ο δείκτης του ρεζερβουάρ δεν κουνήθηκε (με 10-15€ βενζίνη, γύρω στα 8 λίτρα)..Οκ μπορεί να κολλήσει ο δείκτης, το δέχομαι.. αλλά όχι συνεχώς.. αυτό το παραμύθι το λένε όλοι όσοι κλέβουν.. τελευταία λοιπόν έβαλα 15€, 8,33 λίτρα περίπου.ο δείκτης ήταν στην τελευταία γραμμη. έκανα 18 χλμ περίπου.. άναψε λαμπάκι...Ααα απόδειξη δεν δίνουν φυσικά (τελευταία το παρατήρησα αυτό με τα μετρητά, όταν δίνεις κάρτα δίνουν)...σ έχουν γραμμένο κ περιμένεις... αισχος!! Περίμενα κ ενώ με έβλεπαν, εξυπηρετούσαν άλλους που έρχονταν μετά από μένα... δεν ξέρω αν είναι θέμα των υπαλλήλων, (είδα και νέα πρόσωπα) της εθνικότητας ή του πρατηρίου... παλιότερα δεν υπήρχε... άλλαξαν οι υπάλληλοι; άλλαξε η εξυπηρέτηση παντως...Γιατί τα κάνουν αυτά; Για να ταλαιπωρούμαστε; Ούτε που θα ξαναπατήσω... είμαι πάρα πολύ θυμωμένη... Βάζουμε βενζίνη με τα χίλια ζόρια να κάνουμε τη δουλειά μας κ κάποιοι εκμεταλλεύονται... αισχος...
