★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is quiet, clean, big spaces, garden, free dedicated parking. The kitchen has everything needed. Ioana is very kind and was waiting for us at the door downstairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The host at Eftihia studios (Ms Ioanna) is an absolutely delightful Cretan lady. Very warm, pleasant and welcoming. My room (the single one) was squeaky clean, tidy, with that colour palette reminiscent of the archetype of Greek holiday house: spotless white walls, tiled floors in an excellent condition and those 'old-style' swedish wood beds, desks etc. A very comfortable private shower room, modern fridge and cutlery. This was my second time and will come again just to be welcomed by Ms Ioanna : )

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very quiet and clean. The owner is also very accommodating. There is a small parking lot in the back so your car is safe off the street. Also, had utensils and plates in the room, which is nice if you have some of your own snacks. Overall, we were very pleased with the room and price, deserving 4 stars.
