L	Leonidas Prapas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι! Στον αυτοκινητόδρομο βρήκα μπροστά μου στη μέση της λωρίδας ταχείας κυκλοφορίας κώνο σήμανσης! Για να αποφύγω ατύχημα, δεδομένου ότι υπήρχε νταλίκα στη διπλανή λωρίδα, αναγκάστηκα να συγκρουστώ με τον κώνο ο οποίος μου προξένησε ζημιά (ρωγμή και φθορά στο χρώμα) στον προφυλακτήρα αλλά και στο φανάρι του αυτοκινήτου μου. Δεν αναγνωρίζουν τίποτα! Τους ζήτησα τουλάχιστον να μου δώσουν κάποια μικρή πίστωση στο e-pass (λίγων ευρώ αφού πλήρωσα εγώ την σχετική αποκατάσταση προφυλακτήρα και φαναριού) και το αρνήθηκαν! Unacceptable! On the highway I found in front of me in the middle of the expressway lane cone! To avoid an accident, as there was a truck in the next lane, I had to collide with the cone which caused damage (crack and wear on the paint) to the bumper and the headlight of my car. They do not recognize anything! I at least asked them to give me some small credit in the e-pass (a few euros after I paid the relevant restoration of the bumper and traffic light) and they refused!

Δεν είναι δύσκολο να βρεις το σημείο παραλαβής, αφού όταν πλησιάσεις έχει παντού ενημερωτικές πινακίδες. Δεν χρειάζεται να φτάσεις στο κανονικό πάρκινγκ, καθώς το σημείο παραλαβής είναι στην προηγούμενη στροφή. Έχει στηθεί κάτι σαν container και μπορούν να εξυπηρετούν ταυτόχρονα μέχρι δύο πελάτες. Οι υπάλληλοι εξυπηρετικοί και ευγενικοί. Χρειάζεται μόνο ταυτότητα και αποδεικτικό ΑΦΜ και δεν σε ταλαιπωρούν με άδειες κυκλοφορίας, φωτοτυπίες κλπ. Τα τακτοποιούν όλα και το μόνο που κάνεις είναι να υπογράψεις και να "φορτώσεις" χρήματα στο λογαριασμό σου. Όσα οχήματα κι αν δηλώσεις (δε χρεώνουν τη συσκευή σε κανένα) θα χρεώνονται (η χρήσεις στα διόδια) στον ίδιο λογαριασμό και δεν χρειάζεται να φορτώνεις ξεχωριστά για το κάθε ένα. Μένει πια να δοκιμάσω το e-pass στην πράξη! My experience of receiving the e-pass: The whole process was flawless. It is not difficult to find the pick-up point, since when you approach it there are information signs everywhere. You do not need to reach the regular car park, as the pick-up point is at the previous turn. Something like a container has been set up and they can serve up to two customers at the same time. The employees are helpful and polite. All you need is an ID and a VAT receipt and they do not bother you with marketing licenses, photocopies, etc. They arrange everything and all you do is sign and "upload" money to your account. No matter how many vehicles you declare (they do not charge the device to anyone) will be charged (or used at tolls) to the same account and you do not need to charge separately for each one. All I have to do is try the e-pass in practice!
