N	Nikolas Xenos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγενεστατο προσωπικό (ή τουλάχιστον αγενεστατος υπάλληλος).Πήγα να παραλάβω σύγγραμα από τον Εύδοξο για ένα άλλο άτομο το οποίο δεν είχε τη δυνατότητα να παρευρεθεί το ίδιο για παραλαβή. Λέω κωδικούς κλπ και μου λέει το όνομα του ατόμου. Με κοιτάει χωρίς να πει κάτι άλλο ή να φέρει το βιβλίο για περίπου δέκα δευτερόλεπτα και απαντάω πως το βιβλίο είναι για άλλο άτομο προφανώς. Συνεχίζει να μην λέει κάτι η να κάνει κάποια άλλη κίνηση. Κάποια στιγμή αποφασίζει να πάει να φέρει το βιβλίο. Με ρωτάει αν έχω κάποιο έγγραφο που να μπορεί να ταυτοποιήσει το άλλο άτομο. Απαντώ πως έχω σε φωτογραφία το πάσο και φάνηκε να αναστεναζει (λες και ήθελε κάτι παραπάνω). Τελικά μου δίνει το βιβλίο, ποτέ δε μου ζήτησε εν τέλη να του δείξω τη φωτογραφία του πασου. Μηδενική επικοινωνία. Ποτέ δεν κατάλαβα ποιο ηταν το πρόβλημα του ή τι παραπάνω ήθελε από εμενα.Δεν ξαναειχα κάποιο πρόβλημα όταν είχε χρειαστεί να παραλάβω σύγγραμα για κάποιον άλλον. Μια διαδικασία δύο λεπτών κατάφερε να την κάνει να κρατήσει πολλη περισσότερη ωρα. Ελπίζω η συμπεριφορά του συγκεκριμένου να μην είναι αντιπροσωπευτική και για το υπόλοιπο προσωπικό. Most rude staff (or at least rude employee). I went to pick up a book from Eudoxus for another person who was not able to attend the same for pick up. I say codes etc and he tells me the name of the person. He looks at me without saying anything or bringing the book for about ten seconds and I answer that the book is for another person obviously. He continues not to say anything or make any other move. At some point he decides to go get the book. He asks me if I have a document that can identify the other person. I answer that I have the fold in the photo and it seemed to sigh (as if he wanted something more). Eventually he gives me the book, he never finally asked me to show him the photo of the pass. Zero communication. I never understood what his problem was or what he wanted more from me. I never had a problem when I needed to receive a book for someone else. A two minute process managed to make it last much longer. I hope this behavior is not representative of the rest of the staff.

Πολλές καλές επιλογές σε διάφορα αντικείμενα σπουδών. Θα το ξανά προτίμησω σίγουρα. Very good service from the bookstore key number. I bought a book and because I told them I was a student they gave me a 25% discount. Many good choices in various subjects. I will definitely prefer it again.

I am highly pleased with Εκδόσεις Κλειδάριθμος and the computer science book condition and meterial that I received on this and the previous semesters !!
