★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κάθε χρόνο, στις 6 Αυγούστου, μετά τη λειτουργία της εκκλησίας, στο χώρο μπροστά και γύρω από το εκκλησάκι, ξεκινούν οι εορταστικές εκδηλώσεις για τη συγκεκριμένη ημέρα.
Κατά παράδοση, μοιράζονται λουκούμια στους παρευρισκόμενους.
Στήνεται υπαίθρια ψησταριά όπου ετοιμάζονται σουβλάκια και λουκάνικα.
Διατίθονται μπύρες και αναψυκτικά.
Ορχήστρα αναλαμβάνει τη μουσική και χορευτική διασκέδαση, με παραδοσιακή, ηπειρώτικη μουσική.
Το χορό ξεκινά ο παπάς της ενορίας και τον συνεχίζουν οι παρευρισκόμενοι.
Αποτελεί ημέρα γιορτής, χαράς, αντάμωμα για όσους μένουν μακριά από το χωριό και το επισκέπτονται κάθε χρόνο, τέτοια μέρα.
Ο εορτασμός στο εκκλησάκι σηματοδοτεί και την έναρξη των υπολοίπων εορταστικών εκδηλώσεων που γίνονται το βράδυ της ίδιας ημέρας, κάτω από τον τεράστιο Πλάτανο του χωριού Λάζαινα, με παραδοσιακό, ηπειρώτικο πανηγύρι.

The celebration in the chapel also marks the beginning of the rest of the festivities that take place on the evening of the same day, under the huge Platanos of the village of Lazaina, with a traditional Epirus festival.
