Святая мученица Кириакия Никомидийская в честь которой назван храм, у нас известна мало. Между тем ее житие и мучения очень похожи на таковые чтимой у нас Великомученицы Екатерины. Кстати Екатерининская церковь находится всего в нескольких шагах от церкви мученицы Кириакии в Леонидио.
Кстати другая церковь этой святой находится на Крите в ущелье Курталиотико (дорога из Ретимно в монастырь Перевели).
Рекомендую посетить оба места. Святая мученица Кериакия моли Бога о нас.

The holy martyr Kyriakia of Nicomedia, in whose honor the temple is named, is little known in our country. Meanwhile, her life and torment are very similar to those of our Great Martyr Catherine. By the way, the Catherine's Church is just a few steps away from the church of the martyrs Kyriakii in Leonidio.
By the way, another church of this saint is located on Crete in the Kourtaliotiko gorge (the road from Rethymnon to the Perevili monastery).
