★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ όμορφο και γραφικό εκκλησάκι ιδανικό για τέλεση μυστηρίων όπως γάμοι και βαπτίσεις.Εγω προσωπικα φωτογράφισα βάπτιση εκεί και το αποτέλεσμα ήταν εκπληκτικό!
Very beautiful and picturesque chapel ideal for performing sacraments such as weddings and baptisms. I personally photographed baptism there and the result was amazing!

Εορτάζει στις 27 Ιουλίου όπου στο προαύλιο της εκκλησίας γίνεται μεγάλη γιορτή με οργανοπαίχτες, με χορούς, πολύ φαγητό και ντόπιο καλό κρασί.
Platanias, I.N. Ag.Paravezis. A small, humble, stone-built church with a courtyard. It is located in the homonymous settlement, stop 15 of the bus.
It celebrates on July 27th, when the church's courtyard celebrates a great feast with musicians, dances, a lot of food and local good wine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The monastery is full of historical information. Very well preserved buildings, lovely produce on sale. Unfortunately we didn't have the opportunity to meet the monks but, still well worth the trip.
