Το αγίασμα του Αγίου Αθανασίου του Αθωνίτη δεν έχει σταματήσει ποτέ να τρέχει , είτε είναι όλα παγωμένα , είτε έχει ανομβρία εδώ και 1057 χρόνια. Πάντα οι οδηγοί που μας πηγαίνουν στην Ιερά Μονή της Μεγίστης Λαύρας ,κάνουν μία ολιγόλεπτη στάση για να προσκυνήσουμε και να πάρουμε και αγίασμα. Βέβαια καλό είναι πάντα να τους το αναφέρουμε για να ξέρουν να σταματήσουν εγκαίρως. Another part of the church in many respects.
