Τέλος εξωκκλήσιο του Αγίου Σίλα υπάρχει και στην περιοχή του χωριού Μόρια της νήσου Λέσβου, ενώ στην Κύπρο στο προάστιο Ύψωνας της Λεμεσού και σε περιοχή που φέρει το όνομα του Αγίου σώζονται τα ερείπια της αρχαίας Μονής του Αγίου Σίλα, όπου κατ’ έτος στις 30 Ιουλίου εορτάζεται με ευλάβεια η πανίερη μνήμη του.
