Ανατολικής Αττικής επεβλήθη, πρόστιμο πέντε χιλιάδων ευρώ (5.000 € ) για παράβαση του άρθρου 88 παρ. 5 στ και του άρθρου 84 παρ . 6 της Υ.Α. 91354 /2017 ( Κανόνες ΔΙ.Ε.Π.Π.Υ. ) ( ΦΕΚ 2983/ Β΄ /30.08.2017 ) όπωςτροποποιήθηκε με την Υ.Α. 109034 / 2018 (ΦΕΚ 4913/Β΄/2018) και ισχύει ,το ύψος του οποίου καθορίζεται από το άρθρο 84 παρ. 12 της ως άνω Υπουργικής Απόφασης, στην εταιρεία «ECT ENVIRONMENT CARE TECHNOLOGIES Ε.Π.Ε» που βρίσκεται στη Μεταμόρφωση Αττικής στην οδό Χειμάρας 4, με Α.Φ.Μ. 998825786 και Δ.Ο.Υ. Νέας Ιωνίας , διότι κατά τον έλεγχο που έγινε στους φακέλους τεκμηρίωσης των αντλιών της εταιρείας «ΚΑΛΥΨΩ Κ.Ε.Α. ΜΟΝΟΠΡΟΣΩΠΗ ΑΝΩΝΥΜΗ ΕΤΑΙΡΕΙΑ ΕΜΠΟΡΙΑΣ ΠΕΤΡΕΛΑΙΟΕΙΔΩΝ ΚΑΙ ΛΟΙΠΩΝ ΠΡΟΪΟΝΤΩΝ ΚΑΙ ΠΑΡΟΧΗΣ ΥΠΗΡΕΣΙΩΝ» στο υποκατάστημά της πρατήριο υγρών καυσίμων που βρίσκεται στην Παλλήνη Αττικής στη Λεωφόρο Μαραθώνος 124 βρέθηκε στο με αριθμό 10629/28.06.2018 δελτίο ελέγχου – ρύθμισης και σφράγισης αντλιών του εξουσιοδοτημένου συνεργείου του άρθρου 88 των κανόνων ΔΙ.Ε.Π.Π.Υ. «ECT ENVIRONMENT CARE TECHNOLOGIES Ε.Π.Ε» με αριθμό εξουσιοδότησης Νο. 015 που αφορά την σφράγιση μιας αντλίας του ως άνω πρατηρίου με s.n. 20629 μάρκας PETROTEC EURO 5000, να μην αναγράφεται ο σειριακός αριθμός του οργάνου ελέγχου που χρησιμοποιήθηκε καθώς και η ημερομηνία τελευταίας διακρίβωσής του. With the no. prot. EM - 610 / 11.11.2021 decision of the Development Department of P.E. Eastern Attica, a fine of five thousand euros (5,000 €) was imposed for violation of article 88 par. 5 f and article 84 par. 6 of Y.A. 91354/2017 (Rules of DIEPPY) (Government Gazette 2983 / BD / 30.08.2017) as amended by Y.A. 109034/2018 (Government Gazette 4913 / ΒΔ / 2018) and is valid, the amount of which is determined by article 84 par. 12 of the above Ministerial Decision, in the company "ECT ENVIRONMENT CARE TECHNOLOGIES LTD" located in Metamorfosi Attiki at 4 Chimaras Street, with TIN. 998825786 and D.O.Y. Nea Ionia, because during the control that was done in the documentation files of the pumps of the company "KALYPSO K.E.A. SOLE SHAREHOLDER SOCIETE ANONYME TRADE IN PETROLEUM AND OTHER PRODUCTS AND SERVICES "at the branch of the article" of 88 rules of DI.EP.P.Y. "ECT ENVIRONMENT CARE TECHNOLOGIES LTD" with authorization number No. 015 concerning the sealing of a pump of the above service station with s.n. 20629 brand PETROTEC EURO 5000, do not indicate the serial number of the control instrument used as well as the date of its last verification.

Αφού βρήκα μόνος μου την αντλία και εβαλα του ζήτησα απόδειξη με σφραγίδα, η οποία ήρθε χωρίς σφραγίδα....Δεν έχω τίποτα εναντίων των αλλοδαπων, αλλά καλό θα ήταν να μπορούμε να συνεννοηθούμε στα Ελληνικά γιατί σκοπό να μάθω Πακιστανικα δεν εχω. Προσωπικά δε θα προτιμήσω το εν λόγω πρατήριο ξανά. I probably need to learn Pakistani to communicate ... I was telling the clerk that I wanted enhanced oil and he did not understand. After I found the pump myself and put it in, I asked for a receipt with a stamp, which came without a stamp .... I have nothing against foreigners, but it would be good to be able to communicate in Greek because I do not intend to learn Pakistani. Personally, I will not prefer this gas station again.
v	vaggelis car men on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πρώτη φορά είδα τόσους πολλούς Πακιστανούς μαζεμένους σε ένα μέρος μετά την μεγάλη συγκέντρωση της πρωτοχρονιάς στο Σύνταγμα. Ειλικρινά με φοβίζει η ανευθυνότητα κάποιων. Παλιότερα το συγκεκριμένο πρατήριο απασχολούσε αρκετά νέα παιδιά τα οποία εξυπηρετούσαν άμεσα και υπεύθυνα. Ήμουνα αρκετά ευχαριστημένος, οπότε προμηθευόμουνα σε καύσιμα κατά μέσο όρο 400 ευρώ το μήνα. Τώρα όποτε περνάω έχει μεγάλη αναμονή, απόρροια κακής εξυπηρέτησης, ενώ διαβάζω πολλά παράπονα για την ποιότητα του καυσίμου και πλέον δεν σταματάω σε καμία περίπτωση. Στα 100 μέτρα έχει πρατήριο Bp στην ίδια τιμή, άριστη ποιότητα καυσίμου και νιώθω πιο ασφαλής. It was the first time I saw so many Pakistanis gathered in one place after the big New Year's gathering in Syntagma. I am honestly scared of the irresponsibility of some. In the past, this gas station employed several young children who served directly and responsibly. I was quite happy, so I was refueling for an average of 400 euros a month. Now whenever I pass there is a long wait, as a result of poor service, while I read a lot of complaints about the quality of fuel and now I do not stop in any case. At 100 meters it has a Bp gas station at the same price, excellent fuel quality and I feel safer.
