Συνεχής ενημέρωση...υστερούν στην ανάληψη πρωτοβουλιών για την αντιμετωπιση επειγόντων προβλημάτων και έλλειψη προσοχής στις παρατηρήσεις του πελάτη...Αν μπαίνοντας το αυτοκίνητο για σέρβις ενημερώνονται άμεσα από το βιβλίο συντήρησης τί χρειάζεται και εξετάζουν άμεσα τίς παρατηρήσεις του ιδιοκτήτη και τίς επισκευάζουν... δεν θα υπάρξουν στο μέλλον ακινητοποιήσεις οχημάτων εν μέσω πυκνής κυκλοφορίας όπως συνέβη σέ εμένα...
