Κάλεσα πολύ ευγενικά να ρωτήσω κάθε πόσην ώρα πρέπει να κάνει defrost γιατί μου φάνηκε πως φέτος που άνοιξα τον αφυγραντήρα μου το κάνει πάρα πολύ συχνά. Και η κυρία στην άλλη γραμμή τεχνικής υποστήριξης (!!!) μου είπε να πάω σε ένα σέρβις. Να μπω στην ιστοσελίδα και να δω. Και όταν ρώτησα για την εγγύηση, ναι μεν ισχύει αν έχεις διαβάσει αυτούς τους όρους με σούπερ μικρά γραμματάκια που λένε αν κάνεις σέρβις κάθε χρόνο. Λέω δεν το ήξερα, δεν μας το έχουν πει.. το γράφει λέει εκεί στο brochure με τις οδηγίες. Μακρυά. Πάλι καλά που δεν αγόρασα κλιματιστικό τους φέτος. Ποτέ ξανά. Υποστήριξη είναι αυτό?.. I imagine, all the following positive reviews concern the physical store of beautiful Thessaloniki! .. I, too, had a different experience over the phone.
