A	Alex Koutsomichalis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αθλια ψέμματα και αδιαφορία για τον πελάτη. Καμία ενημερωση απο μόνοι τους. Καμια συνέπεια. Θα σας συμβούλευα να απευθυνθείτε στον ανταγωνισμο. Μπορεί να δώσετε 5 ευρώ παραπάνω αλλά θα τελειώσετε άμεσα. Το story για όσους έχουν υπομονη: Αρχικά κάλεσα την Πέμπτη στις 3 το κατάστημα, για να ενημερωθώ για το πότε θα είχα την παραγγελία μου έτοιμη, αν την έστελνα εκεινη την στιγμή. Αφου με ενημέρωσαν οτι θα την είχα την επόμενη, έστειλα το email με το αρχείο. Μετά απο 1,5 ώρα έλαβα email που με ενημέρωνε οτι η παραγγελία έχει προωθηθεί στο αρμόδιο τμήμα. Κάλεσα την Παρασκευή στις 12 και με ενημέρωσαν οτι οπως ειχαν πει, η παραγγελία θα είναι έτοιμη προς το μεσημέρι. Κάλεσα εκ νέου στις 5 και με ενημερωσαν οτι υπαρχει ένα θέμα με το μηχάνημα και παει η εκτύπωση απο Δευτέρα. Δευτέρα τα ίδια...σε τηλεφωνική μου επικοινωνία , μου είπαν για Τρίτη και την Τρίτη το πρωί με ενημερωσαν παλι οτι θα βγεί μεχρι το απόγευμα. Αφού κάλεσα ξανά στις 5, το μηχάνημα είχε πάλι χαλάσει, αλλά προφανώς δεν το ήξεραν το πρωι αυτο και μάλιστα μετά απο πίεση θα μπορούσαν ίσως να έχουν τις κάρτες σε 2 ώρες άν ο τεχνικός τους επισκεφθεί σύντομα. Poor lying and indifference to the client. No information on their own. No consequence. I would advise you to turn to competition. You may give 5 euro more but you will finish immediately. The story for those who are patient: I first called on the shop on Thursday at 3 to find out when I would have had my order ready if I sent it at that moment. After they informed me that I had the next one, I sent the email with the file. After 1.5 hours I received an email informing me that the order was forwarded to the responsible department. I called on Friday at 12 and informed me that as they said, the order would be ready by noon. I called again at 5 and informed me that there is an issue with the machine and prints from Monday. Monday the same ... in my phone call, they told me on Tuesday and Tuesday morning they informed me that it would come out until afternoon. After calling again at 5, the machine had again broken down, but apparently they did not know it this morning and even after pressure they might have the cards in 2 hours if the technician visits them soon.

I	Ioannis Pantoulis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παρέλαβα με καθυστέρηση 1 μήνα, χωρίς καμία ενημέρωση και μετά απο καθημερινή πίεση, και παρέλαβα ένα plexiglass με αυτοκόλλητο στραβά κολλημένο και με φουσκάλες, που δεν καλύπτει όλο το plexiglass. Παρόλα αυτά είναι ευγενικοί και μου έκαναν δώρο τα έξοδα αποστολής λόγω καθυστέρησης. Χρειάζονται ίσως καλύτερη οργάνωση και συνέπεια. Τους παίρνω τηλέφωνο στο σταθερο τους και θέλω να κάνω μια παραγγελία, και μου απαντάει η κοπέλα «είμαστε κλειστά». Τραγικό:) Αργούν στις παραγγελίες υπερβολικά. Θέλουν 1-2 μέρες για εκτύπωση εταιρικες καρτες και 1 βδομάδα για πλαστικοποίηση. Μάλλον μια μια κάρτα με το χέρι τις κάνουν για να θέλουν τόσες μέρες. Επισης όταν ολοκληρώνεις την παραγγελία, ούτε ένα τηλέφωνο αν έφυγε η παραγγελία, σε τι στάδιο είναι κτλπ. Καλές τιμές αλλά στην εξυπηρέτηση στο τηλέφωνο , mail και στην αποστολή της παραγγελίας απαράδεκτοι. I wouldn't characterize them with any professionals. I call them at their station and I want to place an order, and the girl "we're closed" answers me. Tragic :) They are late in orders too. They need 1-2 days for printing corporate cards and 1 week for lamination. Rather they make a card by hand to get them so many days. Also when completing the order, not a single phone if the order left, at what stage it is etc. Good prices but in phone, mail and shipping order unacceptable.
R	Rita Makri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη αντιμετώπιση και κοροϊδία! Κάκιστη αντιμετώπιση πελατών και μετάθεση ευθυνών! Ο υπεύθυνος του χώρου ανύπαρκτος και αγενής! Καμία αναγνωρισιμότητα λάθους ή διάθεσης για λύση προβλήματος. Το βασικό δεν υπάρχει ευγένεια, επαγγελματικός, καλοσύνη και η λέξη συγνώμη. Καθυστέρηση παράδοσης, αναγκαστικά παραλάβαμε από το καταστημα και τις 2 φορές κατεστραμένο προϊόν. Εαν μετραει μονο η γραφιστική δουλειά τότε η Χριστίνα ήταν μια χαρά. Δεν ξανασυνεργαζόμαστε με την Εταιρεία που αυτοχαρακτηρίστηκε επαγγελματικη απο μόνη της! Unacceptable treatment and mockery! Bad customer treatment and transfer of responsibilities! The person in charge of the space is non-existent and rude! No error recognition or disposition for problem solving. The key is no politeness, professionalism, kindness and the word sorry. Delayed delivery, we necessarily received from the store the 2 times damaged product. If only graphic design counts then Christina was fine. We do not cooperate again with the Company that described itself as professional in itself!

Γ	Γιώργος Μπρούλης on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι! Επισκέπτεται συνεργάτης μου το εν λόγω κατάστημα και ζητά προσφορά για 60 μπλουζάκια. Η τιμή στο site τους 5€/t-shirt, λαμβάνω mail προσφοράς με την ίδια τιμή και όταν έρχεται η ώρα της παραγγελίας μετά από 3 εργάσιμες ημέρες η τιμή έχει πάει στα 8€/t-shirt!! Μετά από παράπονα δεν άλλαξε τίποτα και η απάντηση ήταν "Δυστυχώς οι τιμές έχουν αλλάξει". Αντιεπαγγελματίες! Unacceptable! My partner visits this store and asks for an offer for 60 T-shirts. The price on their site is 5 € / t-shirt, I receive an offer mail with the same price and when the time comes to order after 3 working days the price has gone to 8 € / t-shirt !! After complaints nothing changed and the answer was "Unfortunately prices have changed". Unprofessional!
V	Victor Gasparakis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αν και το αποτέλεσμα της εκτύπωσης ήταν αρκετά καλό, η όλη εμπειρία που αποκομίσαμε κατά τις επικοινωνίες με την εταιρία ήταν επιεικώς απαράδεκτη. 1) Αντί για 1000 κάρτες, μας παρέδωσαν 961. Όταν το επικοινωνήσαμε δεν απάντησαν ποτέ. 2) Μας έκοψαν αρχικά λάθος τιμολόγιο για 37 ευρώ, ενώ είχαμε συμφωνήσει 31. Όταν πήγα να παραλάβω τις κάρτες και το ανέφερα, ναι μεν πλήρωσα τελικά 31 ευρώ αλλά αντί να μου προωθήσουν το νέο τιμολόγιο σε ορθή λογιστικά ηλεκτρονική μορφή συνέβη το εξής: Αντί για Pdf μου προώθησαν μια κακοτραβηγμένη φωτογραφία από κινητό και μετά από τηλεφώνημά μου μού έστειλαν την κροπαρισμένη φωτογραφία αποθηκευμένη ως pdf με τίτλο «σαρωμένα έγγραφα.pdf».
