Σαν επαγγελματίας φωτογράφος και γείτονας με το συγκεκριμένο τυπογραφείο πήγα πρώτη φορά και τελευταία να τυπώσω 500 κάρτες επαγγελματικές με συγκεκριμένο δείγμα από μια άλλη επαγγελματική κάρτα που είχα από άλλο τυπογραφείο. Ζήτησα από το συγκεκριμένο τυπογραφείο να μου κάνει την δικιά μου κάρτα ακριβώς σαν το δείγμα που τους έδειξα, με διαβεβαίωσαν ότι μπορούσαν να την κάνουν ακριβώς έτσι σαν το δείγμα που τους έδειξα, και ότι θα το είχαν έτοιμο σε μια εβδομάδα.Μετά από 2 εβδομάδες και με συνεχή τηλεφωνήματα, και με δικαιολογίες ότι χάλασε το μηχάνημα και περιμένουμε τεχνικό από Βουλγαρία.Τις πήρα στα χέρια μου, το αποτέλεσμα απογοητευτικό μια κάρτα σαν ένα ψεύτικο χαρτόνι, δεν είχε καμία σχέση η ποιότητα με το δείγμα που τους είχα παρουσιάσει.Παραδέχτηκαν το λάθος τους και μου είπαν ότι θα την ξανά εκτύπωναν. Μετά από ένα μήνα συνολικά,και αφού ξαναχάλασε το μηχάνημα για δεύτερη φορά και έχοντας ένα χαρτόνι για κάρτα να δείχνω στους πελάτες μου ,πήρα τις τελικές κάρτες οι οποίες και σαν ποιότητα δεν ήταν πάλι αυτό που ζήτησα και επίσης το λογότυπο μού μου το είχαν κάνει ασημένιο από λευκό που ήταν στο σχέδιο που τους είχα δώσει και που είχαν οι πρώτες κάρτες χαρτόνι που μου είχαν εκτυπώσει. Το αποτέλεσμα ήταν 1. να χάσω δουλειές με την κάρτα χαρτόνι που είχα και έδειχνα στους πελάτες μου από την πρώτη εκτύπωση τους, 2.αρκετό χρόνο (Ένα μήνα!!!)3. Και χρήματα.Για τι έτσι όπως τις πήρα έτσι θα τις πετάξω. The worst experience I've ever had in my life with a printing house. As a professional photographer and neighbor with this printing house, I went for the first and last time to print 500 professional cards with a specific sample from another business card that I had from another printing house. I asked this printing house to make my own card just like the sample I showed them, they assured me that they could do it just like the sample I showed them, and that they would have it ready in a week. After 2 weeks and with constant phone calls, and with excuses that the machine broke down and we are waiting for a technician from Bulgaria. I took them in my hands, the result was a disappointing card like a fake card, the quality had nothing to do with the sample I presented to them. their mistake and they told me they would print it again. After a month in total, and after the machine broke again for the second time and having a cardboard card to show to my customers, I got the final cards which as quality were again not what I asked for and also my logo was made for me. silver from white which was in the drawing I had given them and which had the first cardboard cards they had printed on me. The result was 1. to lose business with the cardboard card I had and showed to my customers from their first printing, 2.sufficient time (One month !!!) 3. And money. For what I got, I will throw away.
m	maria mag on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν ήξερα οτι είναι τόσο δύσκολο να βγάλεις μία φωτοτυπία... χίλιες αποτυχημένες προσπάθειες για μια απλή εκτύπωση σε Α4.. Του είπα οτι θέλω να υπάρχουν 4 διαφάνειες power point σε κάθε σελίδα και μου έβγαλε 12.. προφανώς και από το τόσο μικρό μέγεθος δεν διαβαζόταν καν.. παρόλα αυτά εάν δεν του το έλεγα θα μου τα έδινε έτσι.. διότι ενώ τα κοίταξε γιατί να του φανεί περίεργο οτι δεν ξεχωρίζουν τα γράμματα? επαγγελματίας είναι? και ακόμη και μετά από αυτό διαπίστωσα οτι λείπουν και κάποιες σελίδες από 2 αρχεία word που του έδωσα για εκτύπωση....... έφυγα μετά από μία ώρα από τη στιγμή που του έδειξα τι ήθελα. Επίσης οι τιμές απαράδεκτες! I did not know that it was so hard to make a photocopy ... a thousand failed attempts for a simple A4 print .. I told him I want to have 4 power point slots on each page and it took me 12 .. obviously and of such small size it was not even read. I left after one hour from the moment I showed him what I wanted. Also prices unacceptable!
P	Panagiotis Kar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πριν μερικές μέρες βγάζω μια φωτοτυπία 0,1€. Σήμερα βγάζω 3 φωτοτυπίες στα 0,8€. (ασπρόμαυρες από usb, έτοιμα για εκτύπωση με 2 κλικ). Το προσωπικό είναι συνεχώς σε έναν εκνευρισμό. Μακριά από το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα. A few days ago I made a photocopy of € 0.1. Today I make 3 photocopies at € 0.8. (black and white from usb, ready for 2-click printing). The staff is constantly on the lookout. Away from this store.
Ε	Ελενη Στόικου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Διαβάζω τις κριτικές από κάτω και νευριάζω που δεν μπήκα στο κόπο να τις διαβάσω νωρίτερα. Η δικιά μου ιστορία έχει ως έξεις. Είμαι φοιτήτρια στη καλών τεχνών και τελευταία ασχολούμαι με τη φωτογραφία. Ήθελα να βγάλω πολλες μικρές φωτογραφίες σε α3. Μου είπαν ότι αν τις οργανώσουν εκείνη στα χαρτιά θα με χρεώσουν έξτρα οπότε έκατσα και τις έστησα σε α3 μέσο Photoshop. Έτοιμες για εκτύπωση λοιπόν. Έχω μιλήσει.ενα μήνα πριν.με το κατάστημα για σιγουριά και έχω πει συγκεκριμένα τι θέλω. Oι εκτυπώσεις να βγούν σε velvet 300gr. Μια βδομάδα πριν τη παρουσίαση μου (Δευτέρα) στέλνω το υλικό μου μέσω εμαιλ. Παίρνω τηλέφωνο τη Παρασκευή και ρωτάω τι έγινε με τις εκτυπώσεις. Μιλάμε για 25 α3. Και μου λένε ότι δεν έχουν χαρτί και το περιμένουν την τρίτη! Εν τελη με το ζορι βρήκαν 15 φίλα από ένα άλλο πρότζεκτ δήθεν και μου τις εμφάνισαν την ίδια μέρα. Και πήγα να τις πάρω νομίζοντας ότι όλα είναι καλά. Μου λέει η κοπέλα "έκανα ότι.καλυτερο μπορούσα" την επόμενη μέρα πιάνω να τις κόψω μια βλέπω ότι οι μισές φωτογραφίες έχουν βγει χάλια. Γεματες γραμμές και λεκέδες. Πραγματικά πεταμένα λεφτά. Υπάρχουν και άλλοι ακριβότεροι που κάνουν όμως σωστή δουλειά. Έλεος με αυτό το κατάστημα. Σκέφτηκα να ζητήσω τα λεφτά μου πίσω αλλά δε.νομιζω να βγάλω άκρη. Και η υπάλληλος που έχουν δε ξέρει τη τύφλα της από εκτυπώσεις. Γιαλαντζη ψηφιακές εκτυπώσεις! I read the reviews below and get nervous that I didn't bother to read them earlier. My own story has implications. I am a student of fine arts and lately I am involved in photography. I wanted to take a lot of small photos in a3. I was told that if they organized it on paper they would charge me extra so I sat down and set it up in a Photoshop A3 medium. So ready to print. I've talked to the shop for a month and have said exactly what I want. The prints come in velvet 300gr. One week before my presentation (Monday) I send out my material via email. I call on Friday and ask what happened with the prints. We are talking about 25 a3. And they tell me they have no paper and are expecting it on the third! In the end, they found 15 friends from another project allegedly and they showed me the same day. And I went to get them thinking everything was fine. The girl tells me "I did what I could." The next day I try to cut them as I see that half of the pictures have gone awry. Full lines and stains. Really wasted money. There are other more expensive ones that do the right thing, however. Mercy with this store. I thought about asking for my money back but I can't think of a way out. And the employee who didn't know her blind from prints. Gialantz Digital Prints!
