G	Gian Athas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη η συμπεριφορά του υπαλλήλου (?) από την πρώτη στιγμή που επικοινώνησα μαζί του. Πήρα τηλέφωνο για να ρωτήσω αν υπάρχει συγκεκριμένο προϊόν και αν μπορούσα να το παραλάβω από το κατάστημα. Η φωνή στην άλλη άκρη της γραμμής έδινε την εντύπωση ενοχλημένου δημόσιου υπαλλήλου. Τέλος πάντων μου είπε ότι το συγκεκριμένο προϊόν υπάρχει και μπορώ να το πάρω από το κατάστημα. Θεώρησα ότι στο τηλέφωνο δημιουργούνται λάθος εντυπώσεις και δεν έδωσα σημασία στο ύφος. Φτάνοντας στο κατάστημα διαπίστωσα ότι το ύφος και η συμπεριφορά ήταν όπως ακούγονταν. Αγγαρεία και δυσθυμία. Όταν μου είπε την τιμή του προϊόντος διαπίστωσα ότι ήταν ?% παραπάνω από την τιμή του site. Όταν τον ρώτησα γιατί. Μου απαντά ότι αυτό είναι άλλη μάρκα που δεν την έχει κι άμα μου αρέσει αλλιώς μη το πάρω. Το προϊόν βέβαια είχε συγκεκριμένες διαστάσεις και υλικό και δεν υπήρχε άλλο ίδιο στο site. Δεν ήταν το κόστος, γιατί ήταν μικρό, ήταν η άκρως αντιεπαγγελματική και προσβλητικη συμπεριφορά του υπαλλήλου (ιδιοκτήτη ?). Αναφερωμαι για το κατάστημα της Φιλολάου και την Τρίτη 2/10/2018, για να μην υπάρξει παρεξήγηση. The behavior of the employee (?) Is unacceptable from the first moment I contacted him. Η αναγραφομενη τιμη στο skroutz 0,89 λεπτα. Το πληρωσα 1,5 ευρω. Η εξηγηση απο τον υπαλληλο/ιδιοκτητη? σε κατοπινη τηλεφωνικη επικοινωνια ητανε οτι η τιμη ισχυει μονο για ηλεκτρονικες αγορες καθοτι το καταστημα εχει εξοδα, φως νερο τηλεφωνο... . Φυσικα τηλεφωνικα δεν με ενημερωσε οτι αλλη τιμη για αγορα/παραλαβη απο το καταστημα. Τωρα ποιος θα πληρωσει με αντικαταβολη/κοστος μεταφορας για 90 λεπτα δεν μπορω να καταλαβαω. Κανενα σχολιο απο εμενα περαν του οτι δεν θα ξαναπαω στο καταστημα αυτο. Ευχαριστω για τον χρονο σας. Good morning, I called the store for toshiba a23 12v batteries if there is availability. Ένα σκουπάκι και ένα ραβδομπλεντερ σε πολύ καλύτερη τιμή από αλλά e-shop και με πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση. Πρόσφατα πήρα και ένα fm transmitter για το αυτοκίνητο επίσης σε εξαιρετική τιμή και πολύ άμεσα. Είμαι πολύ ευχαριστημένος από το κατάστημα σας και με βολεύει πολύ γτ ζω κοντά. Συνεχίστε. I do not understand the negative reviews. Κλειστε το μαγαζακι ουτε ενα τηλεφωνο απο τα 50 που εχω κανει δεν σηκωνετε και δεν υπαρχει και αλλο τηλεφωνο να παρω μονο ενα πολυ καλη εξυπηρετηση συγχαρητηρια! 1 and it's a lot!
