A	Ana V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μου πρότειναν να μην αλλάξω laptop και να μου αλλάξουν τον σκληρό δίσκο. Αυτό έκανα και μετά από 3 μήνες που χρειάστηκε να φορτώσω ένα ebook διαπίστωσα οτι το CD δεν έπαιζε. Πήγα το cd στο μαγαζί και διαπιστώθηκε οτι το CD δεν είχε πρόβλημα, μου φόρτωσαν το ebook σε άλλο laptop και πλήρωσα 10 ευρώ(!) για αυτή την εργασία. Διαμαρτυρήθηκα που δεν είχα ενημερωθεί οτι το laptop που μου πρότειναν να κρατήσω δεν έπαιζε τα cd και μου απάντησαν οτι αυτό δεν το ελέγχουν διότι σπανίως χρησιμοποιούνται πλέον τα cd! They suggested that I not change my laptop and replace my hard drive. I did this and after 3 months of having to download an ebook I found that the CD was not playing. I went to the store cd and found that the CD had no problem, they loaded my ebook into another laptop and I paid 10 euros (!) For this task. I complained that I had not been informed that the laptop I was offered to keep was not playing the cd's and they replied that they did not check it because the cd's are rarely used!

Έχω συνγεργαστεί μαζί τους στο παρελθόν αρκετές φορές και δεν είχα παράπονο ούτε εγώ , ούτε άτομα που είχα συστήσει. Honest and professional in the subject of repairs. I have worked with them several times in the past and I had no complaints, neither I nor the people I had recommended.

Ένας συμπαθής κύριος που βρισκόταν στον χώρο μου είπε πως τεχνικός δεν υπάρχει και να αφήσω το pc να το δεί την επόμενη ημέρα το πρωΐ. Δεν το προτίμησα κι έφυγα, άρα γνώμη για τις υπηρεσίες του καταστήματος δεν μπορώ να έχω. Προφανώς και είναι στέρηση σε σχέση με τον ανταγωνισμό του το ότι δεν έχει τεχνικό stand by όλες τις ώρες λειτουργείας. I visited it in the afternoon for an emergency. A nice gentleman who was at the place told me that there is no technician and let the pc see it the next morning. I did not prefer it and left, so I can not have an opinion about the services of the store. Obviously, it is a disadvantage in relation to its competition that it does not have a technical stand by all operating hours.

Επομένως χρειάστηκε καθαρισμός εσωτερικά & επιδιόρθωση στην πλακέτα. 2) Ζήτησα κι αναβάθμιση - τοποθέτηση SSD κι επέκταση μνήμης RAM. Βλέπω τεράστια διαφορά πλεόν στην απόδοση! Πολύ καλή επαγγελματική συμπεριφορά προς τον πελάτη και ανταγωνιστικές τιμές. Completely satisfied with the following services: 1) I went to their laptop, in which coffee had fallen .. Therefore it needed internal cleaning & repair on the board. 2) I also requested an upgrade - SSD installation and RAM expansion. I see a huge difference in performance now! Very good professional attitude towards the customer and competitive prices.
