 Location located right in the chic port of Neos Marmaras. A new building with chic rooms. On the ground floor, the owner is waiting for you with delicacies and a coffee.

Das unten angeschlossene Café lädt zum Kaffee trinken oder Frühstücken ein. Es gibt auch eine kleine Auswahl an Salaten, Hauptgerichte und Nachspeisen. Der kleine Laden bietet eine hochwertige Auswahl an Olivenölen, Käse und Wurstwaren.
Der Besitzer der Zimmer der auch gleichzeitig das Café betreibt ist ein freundlicher und sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Seine Mitarbeiter sind freundlich. Der Service ist ausgezeichnet. Wir werden Eladia wieder buchen und können es somit ausnahmslos empfehlen.
Well-kept, modern and clean furnished rooms right in the center of Marmaras.
The downstairs café invites you to have a coffee or breakfast. There is also a small selection of salads, main courses and desserts. The small shop offers a high-quality selection of olive oils, cheeses and sausages.
The owner of the rooms, who also runs the café, is a friendly and very accommodating host. His staff are friendly. The service is excellent. We will book Eladia again and can therefore recommend it without exception.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eladia Suites are 2 amazing suites in Neos Marmaras, Halkidiki, Greece. We’ve been here twice and every time we have so much fun. The sea view suite is our favourite. You can drink uour coffee in the morning on the balkony and watch the sea in front of you. Truly wonderful.
Furthermore the suites have everything you need for your comforts. A great bed, super bathroom, kitchen. You name it it’s there. And super clean!!
The hosts Ansastasia and Nickos are truly great. Super friendly and polite.
They also have a deli downstairs with amazing food and coffee. So worth checking that out too.
We love it there and we’ll be back again!
