Very neat and clean place. Beautiful yard! Bedding and towels are changed regularly. Really for every compliment. Ideal starting point for all beaches in Lefkada.

In the picturesque village of Agios Ioannis on Lefkada Island, there is a studio and apartment complex, Studios Niki. The complex is housed in a beautiful olive grove spread over an area of 4 acres and there are paved paths, a garden with grass, flowers and trees. Just 700 meters away, there is the famous Agios Ioannis Beach, which is presented as an area of special natural beauty and is awarded the Blue Flag.

Bellissimo posto x chi pratica windsurf e kitesurf la struttura presenta ampi spazi dove poter mettere a lavare ed asciugare la propria attrezzatura! Lo consiglio vivamente! Very nice and clean facility the owners are 2 fantastic people make you feel at home and are super helpful ... Beautiful place for those who practice windsurfing and kitesurfing, the structure has ample spaces where you can wash and dry your equipment! I highly recommend it!

El apartamento muy limpio, correcto y amplio, éramos 2 y tenía 2 habitaciones y 2 terrazas, por un precio muy bueno! La finca muy chula y tranquila; eso sí, sólo como apartamento, no se servían desayunos, cada uno tenía su cocina....para pasar la noche lo recomiendo totalmente. Very good experience! We had to change accommodation at the last minute and were very kindly welcomed by Stavros and his wife. The apartment was very clean, correct and spacious, there were 2 of us and it had 2 bedrooms and 2 terraces, for a very good price! The farm is very cool and quiet; of course, just as an apartment, no breakfasts were served, everyone had their own kitchen .... to spend the night I totally recommend it.

And in the same time near the city center and the beaches. The hosts are extremely nice and responsive. Totally recommended!!! Thank you Stavros, for our pleasant stay and hopefully see you again!
