★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πιθανό παγκόσμιο ρεκόρ κακής απόδοσης 1/10, από καρπό γεμάτο και υγιή, καλλιεργημένης λαδοελιάς σε καλή χρονιά απόδοσης των δέντρων...Θα φταίνε τ'άστρα ίσως ή το "παίξιμο" των λεβιέδων.
Επίσης για 124 κιλά καρπό πληρώσαμε 30€ και φυσικά δεν είναι ψυχρής εκθλίψεως η διαδικασία (ειπώθηκε κάτι τέτοιο ως αιτιολογία). Οι ατμοί που έβγαιναν από τη δεξαμενή μάλαξης του ελαιοπολτού δεν δικαιολογούνται από μάλαξη ψυχρού τύπου θερμοκρασίας δωματίου.
Possible world record of poor performance 1/10, from fruit full and healthy, cultivated olive oil in a good year of performance of the trees ... Maybe the stars are to blame or the "playing" of the levers.
Also for 124 kilos of fruit we paid 30 € and of course the process is not cold pressed (something like this was said as a reason). The vapors coming out of the oil pulp massage tank are not justified by cold type room temperature massaging.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ήταν η πρώτη φορά που πήγαμε ελιές να μας κάνουν λάδι. Δεν είμαι επαγγελματίας. Η φιλοξενία το μέρος ήταν εξαιρετικά. Οι άνθρωποι που δούλευαν μέσα πολύ ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοί. Τα μηχανήματα εντυπωσιακά και ο χώρος πολύ καθαρός. Δεν γνώριζα πολλά και με έκανα να μάθω πολλά και του χρόνου να είμαστε καλά θα ξανά πάω να φτιάξω το δικό μου λάδι.
It was the first time we went olives to make us oil. I am not a professional. The hospitality of the place was excellent. The people who worked inside were very kind and helpful. The machines are impressive and the space is very clean. I did not know much and I made myself learn a lot and next time we are well I will go again to make my own oil.
