★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heavy urbanized area with nothing but a bunch of standardized villas. Extremely steep road to the place. Even more steep dirt road to the beach. All the trees are cut on the property and in 06 07 and 08 months is unpleasantly hot with no shadows.
