Οπότε κυριολεκτικά τους τρέλανα στα τηλέφωνα για να βεβαιωθώ ότι όλα βαίνουν καλώς με την παραγγελία μου! Η εξυπηρέτηση του κ Παντελή ήταν άψογη! Δεν υπήρχε καμία περίπτωση να μην απαντήσει στο τηλέφωνο, ενώ μου ανέλυε αναλυτικά την κάθε μου απορία! Ότι λέγαμε προφορικά προσφερόταν να μου το στείλει και σε mail έτσι ώστε να το έχω και γραπτά! Αυτό σε μένα έβγαλε μία εμπιστοσύνη η οποία με έκανε να παραγγείλω ένα laptop χωρίς να το δω (κάτι το οποίο δίσταζα να κάνω μέχρι τοτε).Το λάπτοπ έφτασε στα χέρια μου ακριβώς την ώρα που μου είχε πει και χωρίς κανένα σφάλμα κατά την μετακίνηση! Συγχαρητήρια και μακάρι όλα τα καταστήματα να είναι σαν το δικό σας! In the middle of a coronavirus I ordered a laptop from the store by phone! I'm crazy about laptops and especially what I would get which was relatively expensive! So I literally drove them crazy on the phones to make sure everything went well with my order! Mr. Pantelis's service was impeccable! There was no way he would not answer the phone, while he analyzed my every question in detail! What we said orally was offered to send it to me in mail so that I can have it in writing! This gave me a confidence that made me order a laptop without seeing it (something I was reluctant to do until then). Congratulations and I hope all the stores are like yours!
