★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver esposto il mio problema, non mi hanno risposto. Non si sono neanche degnati di dirmi che non potevano. Continuavano a fare i fatti loro, così dopo mezz'ora di attesa sono andata via senza avere avuto nessun tipo di aiuto. Il pessimo del pessimo. Sconsigliatissimo.
After exposing my problem, they didn't answer me. They didn't even bother to tell me they couldn't. They continued to do their business, so after half an hour of waiting I left without having had any kind of help. The bad of the bad. Not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σε εκδρομή στο Πήλιο, έμεινε το παράθυρο (alfa romeo mito) ανοικτό.
Μου σύστησαν το εν λόγω συνεργείο ως το πλέον αξιόπιστο στο Βόλο.
Μου άλλαξε όλο τον μηχανισμό γρύλο του παραθύρου .
Έπειτα από 3 μέρες το παράθυρο έμεινε ανοικτό πάλι.
Ήμουν πλέον στην Αθήνα και δεν άξιζε τον κόπο να ζητήσω ευθύνες από το συνεργείο αυτό.
Πήγα σε Ηλεκτρολόγο και μου διέγνωσε ότι δεν έφτεγε ο γρύλος αλλά το μοτερ ( είχαν αποσυνδεθεί επαφές). Το διόρθωσε με μηδενικό κόστος .
Έκτοτε όλα καλά.
Λίγο προσοχή παραπάνω για τη διαπίστωση της αιτίας της βλάβης επιβάλλεται από έναν επαγγελματία.
Λυπάμαι για την αρνητική αυτή δημοσίευση αλλά δεν έχω άλλο τρόπο διαμαρτυρίας.
Θέλω να πιστεύω ο ότι ήταν μια τυχαία αστοχία , Που όμως μου κόστισε ακριβά.
On an excursion to Pelion, the window (alfa romeo mito) was left open.
They recommended this workshop to me as the most reliable in Volos.
It changed my whole window jack mechanism.
After 3 days the window was left open again.
I was now in Athens and it was not worth it to ask for responsibilities from this workshop.
I went to an electrician and he diagnosed that the jack was not enough but the motor (contacts were disconnected). Fixed it at zero cost.
Since then everything is fine.
A little more care to determine the cause of the damage is required by a professional.
I'm sorry for this negative post but I have no other way to protest.
I want to believe that it was an accidental failure, but which cost me dearly.
