★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Από την πρώτη επικοινωνία ο κύριος Σωτήρης ήταν ευγενέστατος και πρόθυμος να ελέγξει την βλάβη της συσκευής το συντομότερο δυνατό. Στο τηλέφωνο, στο οποίο κανονίστηκε το ραντεβού, με ενημέρωσε πως ΜΟΝΟ η διάγνωση του προβλήματος θα κόστιζε 25€ (κέντρο Χανίων), δίνοντας μου την επιλογή να ακυρώσω την επίσκεψη του για την βλάβη στην περίπτωση που δεν ήθελα να χρεωθώ αυτά τα χρήματα. Ήρθε και αφότου έλεγξε εξονυχιστικά το πλυντήριο, μου εξήγησε ακριβώς τι συνέβαινε και μου πρότεινε τρόπους με τους οποίους θα μπορούσα να λύσω το πρόβλημα, είτε συνεργαζόμενη μαζί του είτε όχι, χωρίς να με πιέσει για την επιλογή μου. Τον προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!! ΕΞΑΙΡΕΤΙΚΌΣ ΕΠΑΓΓΕΛΜΑΤΊΑΣ!!! Χίλια Μπράβο!!!
 From the first communication, Mr Sotiris was valuable and willing to check the damage to the device as soon as possible. On the phone, to which the appointment arranged, informed me that only the diagnosis of the problem would cost 25 € (Center of Chania), giving me the choice to cancel his visit to the harm in the event that I did not want to charge this money. He came and after he checked the washing machine, he explained to me exactly what happened and suggested me ways I could solve the problem, either collaborating with him or not, without pressing me for my choice. I suggest him unreservedly !!! Excellent professional !!! A thousand thumbs up !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soteris, the owner of the business, came promptly to check our 11 year old Bosch fridge-freezer to see if it could be resuscitated. It couldn't. Even though he'd been with us an hour, plus travelling time, he charged nothing.
On the Saturday of the same week a new fridge freezer was delivered. He came on the day, at short notice, and plumbed it for us.
His prices were very reasonable.
His expertise extends to all 'white goods'.
We are so pleased to have discovered his company.
