M	Martina Kalokairinou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τραγική εξυπηρέτηση. Κουζίνα AEG μέσα σε 3 μήνες από την αγορά της "πέταξε" το χρώμα από τα κουμπιά και έφυγε το σμάλτο από τη σχάρα που υπήρχε μέσα!! Όντας μέσα στην εγγύηση και μετά από πληθώρα email στο τεχνικό τμήμα της Electrolux και μετά από δική μου καθημερινή προσπάθεια επικοινωνίας επί 2,5 μήνες (μιας και το τηλεφωνικό κέντρο μια δεν απαντάει μια δεν παίρνουν πίσω να ενημερώσουν και μιας και δεν υπάρχει άμεση επικοινωνία με το τεχνικό τους τμήμα) με ενημέρωσαν πως πρέπει να πληρώσω 35€ τεχνικό να έρθει να την δει και ότι τελικά αυτό δεν αφορά λειτουργικό κομμάτι (που με ενημέρωσαν ότι είναι το μόνο που καλύπτεται από την εγγύηση) και ότι πρέπει να πληρώσω και τα ανταλλακτικά!!!! Φυσικά και δεν θα ξαναγοράσω τίποτα από την εταιρία και εννοείται πως πρέπει να μείνουν όλοι μακριά!!! Tragic service. AEG kitchen within 3 months of its purchase "threw" the paint from the buttons and left the enamel from the grill that was inside !! Being under warranty and after a lot of emails in the technical department of Electrolux and after my daily effort to communicate for 2.5 months (since the call center does not answer one they do not take back to inform and since there is no direct contact with their technical department) informed me that I have to pay € 35 for a technician to come and see her and that in the end this is not a functional part (they informed me that it is the only one covered by the warranty) and that I have to pay for the spare parts! !!! Of course I will not buy anything from the company again and of course everyone should stay away !!!
g	gio pappas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ κακή εξυπηρέτηση, μπορει να χασεις κ ενα πρωινο περιμένοντας. Προσωπικά δεν μου δεχτηκαν προβλημα εντος εγγύησης Very poor service, you may miss a breakfast while waiting. Personally, I did not have a problem with the warranty

Πλυντήριο ρούχων στους 13 μήνες χάλασαν τα ρουλεμάν.Δεν μου το κάλυψε η εγγύηση γιατί το είχα στο μπαλκόνι.Προστατευμένο και καλημενο με κουκούλα. Κοστος 150 ευρώ η αγορά του:400ευρω. Just tragic. Washing machine at 13 months the bearings broke. The warranty did not cover me because I had it on the balcony. Protected and called with a hood. Cost 150 euros for its purchase: 400 euros.
