★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι!!! Από τον Νοέμβρη του 2019 χαλασμένη κουζίνα σε εγγύηση, Ιούνιος 2020 και ακόμα περιμένω να μου στείλουν τον συνεργάτη τους να την επισκευάσω. Επίσης κρύβονται στα τηλέφωνα και μεταφέρουν το πρόβλημα σε συνεργάτες τους.
Unacceptable !!! Since November 2019 damaged kitchen in warranty, June 2020 and I am still waiting for them to send me their partner to repair it. They also hide on the phones and pass the problem on to their co-workers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Όποια φορά και αν πήγαμε εξυπηρετηθήκαμε με χαμογελο και επαγγελματισμό. Την τελευταία φορά μάλιστα μας βοηθησαν πολυ προθυμα να αντικαταστησουμε ενα τηγάνι που ειχε καποιο εργοστασιακο ελάττωμα δίχως προβλημα.
Οπως λέει η εξωτερική επιγραφή τους, η επιχειρηση όντως χτίζει "Σχέσεις εμπιστοσύνης".
Σας ευχαριστούμε.
Every time we went we were served with a smile and professionalism. Last time, in fact, they willingly helped us to replace a pan that had a factory defect without a problem.
According to their external inscription, the company is indeed building "Relationships of Trust".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση και πάνω από όλα Άνθρωποι. Έχω αγοράσει πάρα πολλές συσκευές και ένα θέμα που είχα με ένα πλυντήριο ρούχων έγινε άμεση αντικατάσταση "Κύριοι". Προτείνω το κατάστημα ανεπιφύλακτα. (Αρκετές συσκευές μου τις έχουν στείλει στο Πειραιά χωρίς φυσικά καμία επιβάρυνση).
Very good service and above all People. I have bought too many appliances and an issue I had with a washing machine became an immediate replacement "Gentlemen". I highly recommend the store. (Several of my devices have been sent to Piraeus without any charge of course).
