★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ μεγάλη προσοχή!!! Να ζητατε τα πάντα γραπτά και στο email σας αν γίνεται.
Επίσης στην περίπτωση μεταφορικών εταιριών αν είστε πελάτης επαρχίας, να ζητάτε γραπτή επιβεβαίωση ότι η παράδοση θα γίνει στο πεζοδρόμιο και δεν θα χρειαστεί να πληρώσετε οτιδήποτε άλλο επιπλέον για να τα φέρει η μεταφορική στο πεζοδρόμιο σας. Πληρώσαμε 100€ μεταφορικά αντί για 70€ (για 3 κλιματιστικά για Καβάλα) και στο τέλος η μεταφορική ζήτησε επιπλέον 20 ευρώ για να τα φέρει στο σπιτι. Όταν άλλη ανταγωνίστρια εταιρία μας είχε κοστολογήσει 66€ για μεταφορικά μέχρι το σπίτι μας. Παιδιά πάντα γραπτά, τίποτα προφορικά.

Also in the case of transport companies if you are a customer of the province, ask for written confirmation that the delivery will be made on the sidewalk and you will not have to pay anything else for the transport to bring them to your sidewalk. We paid 100 € transport instead of 70 € (for 3 air conditioners for Kavala) and in the end the transport company asked for an additional 20 euros to bring them home.
