Whenever I go to support the neighborhood I wait a long time between questions. are mediated by suppliers, telephones, other unhappy customers like me while the ... staff behind 2_3 people do what they see elsewhere. Both times a different price from the site you saw a while ago. Increased and rude that you are lying and you are crazy

At the urging of a friend, to go to Papadatos because it has good prices and service, I went shopping there. I place the order on 16/07 and they tell me 21/07 they will have the third item (the other two items were available, but they told me they will bring them all together) and they will bring them to my north / western suburbs. I make a mistake and prepay them. It arrives on 07/22, I call to see what happens, they inform me that they have them. When asked when they will bring them, they answer me tomorrow and that the driver will call me. We arrive on 24/07 since things never came and of course no one called me, I call in the morning. We are talking to a rude gentleman who told me yes we have, while he was yawning at the same time, but we do not have the broom (which was available on 16/07). I explain to him that I urgently need the rest and that I will pick up the broom myself as soon as they have it. And I ask again when the other two species will bring me. He answers no today, because the children have been vaccinated (we laugh here) and that he will send them the next day, Saturday. So by and large, because the work went cloudy and they did not want to spend gas for 10km above, they took them to another address indicated by my father and we loaded them ourselves for the house. The broom, however, remained silent, paid, and I had no information. We go to the store again to pick it up after three days and they do not have it. We are told it exists in new Eritrea. So we went and got it from there with a ticket and yesterday we happily got the receipt of the broom from Kolonos. That is, we are talking about 3 weeks of hassle, back and forth, for prepaid goods. Of course, I was wrong because I did not understand in time that Papadatos was also electronic, as I found the items I wanted on another site (it has two / three shops in the building block). I would have gone to an electronet in my area and I would have escaped the hassle. So in summary, no information on prepaid order, rude, poor service and lies. For three things you took the oil out of me.

Unacceptable treatment of the employee. I ordered on 16/3 a TV via the Internet that said delivery up to 30 days .. while the order code came to me normally and that I will be informed about its progress I take 15 days to find out and they tell me that my order has been canceled and how they have informed me by e-mail that I never received..and when I told them that there is no e-mail from the store my employee answered, we sent it to you, look for it better. I told them that there was a contact phone to call me and he replied that I should have gotten informed earlier. they did not take responsibility for the mistake and just tried to get rid of me by hanging up my phone. Never again from this store and I will not recommend it to anyone.

First time shopping here, and I was completely satisfied. The people were great, they helped me choose, they solved my questions, they brought me the product quickly (during the Easter holidays) and at a perfect price! Well done!
