We were told that if we took a refrigerator and a TV together, they would give us a microwave oven as a gift and they didn't give it to us and they kicked us out and told us to pay for it and then ... are we okay? What service is this to drive away your customers?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η κουτοπονηριά σας οτι χειρότερο. Ειχα αγορασει ενα αεροθερμο 38€ και μεσα σε 6 μηνες έβγαλε πρόβλημα μας ειπαν να το παμε στο μάστορα να το δει. Δεν φτιάχνονταν και το πηγαμε πίσω μας εδωσαν ενα αλλο πιο οικονομικό και το παρουσιασαν για πιο καλό και υποτίθεται ηταν πιο ακριβό και ζητησαν τα 4€ του μάστορα και το παρουσίασαν οτι ειναι το αεροθερμο 4€ ακριβότερο. Εχω παρει τα παντα απο εκεί και η γυφτια τους αλλο πράγμα. Ηταν το κερασακι στη τούρτα και δεν υπαρχει περίπτωση να ψωνισω κατι αλλο απο εκει.
Your gossip is the worst. I had bought an air heater for € 38 and within 6 months it had a problem, we were told to go to the carpenter to see it. It was not repaired and we took it back, they gave us another cheaper one and they presented it for better and it was supposed to be more expensive and they asked for the 4 € of the carpenter and they presented it that the air heater is 4 € more expensive. I got everything from there and their gypsies another thing. It was the icing on the cake and there is no way I can buy anything else from there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η εξυπηρέτηση είναι νορμάλ, όπως και οι τιμές. Τουλάχιστον στις μεγάλες οικιακές συσκευές.
Βέβαια θεωρώ πως στα 1500+ ευρώ αγορών σίγουρα μπορούν να δώσουν κάτι "ψιλό" δώρο (το πιο οικονομικό προϊόν σε φραπεδιέρα, τοστιέρα ή σκουπάκι, που σίγουρα δεν είναι μεγάλο κόστος για το μαγαζί και εννοείται πως θα εκτιμηθεί από τους πελάτες που δίνουν τόσα χρήματα μαζεμένα).
Εξάλλου υπάρχουν φορές που δίνουμε και τις παλιές συσκευές χωρίς κέρδος για εμάς, τα οποία εξακριβωμένα πηγαίνουν απευθείας σε παλιατζήδες, άρα υπάρχει κάποιο μικρό κέρδος κι από εκεί για το μαγαζί..
Η παραλαβή της παραγγελίας γίνεται ακόμη και την επόμενη ημέρα.
Αυτό που έχω να πω και βάζω και παραπάνω απο 5 αστέρια είναι πως ο υπάλληλος στις μεταφορές τον προϊόντων, είναι εκπληκτικός.
Μην κάνετε το λάθος και τον απολύσετε ποτέ.
Πάρα πολύ προσεκτική μεταφορά, ακόμη και στα δυσκολότερα σημεία, ευγενέστατος με παιδεία και πρόθυμος να λύσει κάθε απορία και να εξηγήσει τα πάντα.
Μπράβο για την εξαιρετική δουλειά σου!!
The service is normal, as are the prices. At least in large home appliances.
Of course I think that at 1500+ euros of purchases they can definitely give something "small" gift (the most economical product in a coffee maker, toaster or broom, which is definitely not a big cost for the store and of course it will be appreciated by customers who give so much money collected).
Besides, there are times when we give the old devices without profit for us, which are verified go directly to junkies, so there is some small profit from there for the store ..
