Έιχε σπάσει το βύσμα είσοδου σήματος(Βύσμα F/F) του δορυφορικού δέκτη (LNB in) Είχα επισκεφτεί προηγουμένως 2 αντίστοιχα καταστήματα χωρίς να μπορέσουν να επιλύσουν το πρόβλημα. Στο κατάστημα electronia, μου εξήγησαν τη δυσκολία του προβλήματος κ ότι θα προσπαθήσουν να το επιλύσουν με διαφορετικό τρόπο λόγω της φύσης του προβλήματος. Μου πρότειναν επίσης και εναλλακτική λύση την αγορά νέας συσκευής σε οικονομική τιμή σε σχέση με τα ανταγωνιστικά καταστήματα που μπορεί κάποιος να βρεί σε πλατφόρμες αναζήτησης/αγοράς στο Internet (πχ skroutz, bestprice κτλπ) Επέλεξα να προχωρήσουμε στη επίλυση κ το αποτέλεσμα φαίνεται στην εικόνα. Την ώρα της παράδοσης, παρουσίαστηκε/ελέγχθηκε η ορθή λειτουργία της συσκευής. Έμεινα απόλυτα ευχαριστημένος απ' όλη την εμπειρία μου με το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα. Συνοψίζοντας: 1) Αψογη κ Αμεση εξυπηρέτηση 2) Τεχνική εξειδίκευση 3) Ευγενική και Επαγγελματική συμεριφορά I visited the electronia store to repair a satellite decoder. The signal input jack (F / F plug) of the satellite receiver (LNB in) was broken I had previously visited 2 respective stores without being able to solve the problem.
