★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will not recommend. I have bought AC for my shop before 2 months. 3 days before it stoped working because of some wire fault i think. Making calls from 3 days. My call is at waiting for long period each time and no response at all. I am surprised how these big companies show such irresponsibility ☹️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is a joke! I order a pair of Aipods online and i chose to pay for the delivery as well which takes 1-2 business working days. I never got them and i spent a lot of time calling the customer support which is racist replying :this is Greece and it is normal that we dont speak Greek and you need to learn Greek. I guess that is how the market works here, if you dont speak the language you are screwed. Nobody knew and still doesnt know where the product is and the courier is a complete joke by saying that i didnt know the name of the bell, so he came without letting know while i was at work. Still i decided to get it another day calling the customer support saying that he will come tomorrow but we dont know what time so i guess i have to stop working for an entire week in order to get the product which i paid for and as well as for the delivery! 1 week know and still poor customer support and the problem was not resolved. I mean i get products from Amazon in less the 3 days.Asked for refund and was told that it takes up to 15 days. Of course getting the money is immediate but refunding them takes ages!
Worst experience ever!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly customer service, you can easily find what you are looking for, everything is organised, my only complaint was that when I was looking for someone to ask for a question in the gaming section of the store I couldn't, all the employees were gathered together and were chatting in another section of the store. It's ofcourse understandable to wanna chat with your coworkers, but I feel like they should be more scattered in the room since its not a small establishment and people shouldn't have to go from one part of the store to another to find an employee.

I opened their website and it showed that the goods had been taken off the shelf. The last sample I bought was taken apart. I want to return the goods, because there is no problem with the use, so I won't return the goods, it will be very troublesome. It’s used, but I’m not satisfied with what they did.
