L	Lazaros Zour on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άψογη εξυπηρέτηση!!! Χρειάστηκα την αντικατάσταση ενός προϊόντος που αγόρασα μετά από 6 μήνες λόγω φθοράς του. Χρειάστηκε να τηλεφωνήσω μόνο ΜΙΑ φορά. Η κοπέλα που το σήκωσε ηταν πολύ ευγενική και φιλική. Μου είπε να τους στείλω το προϊόν με courier με έξοδα δικά τους για να μου το αντικαταστήσουν. Με κάλεσαν μετά από 5 μέρες για να με ενημερώσουν οτι έγινε η αντικατάσταση και μου το στέλνουν άμεσα. Παρέλαβα το προϊόν μετά απο 2 μερες. Και όλα αυτά μέσα στον Αύγουστο! Επαγγελματίες!!! Excellent service!!! I needed to replace a product I bought after 6 months of wearing it. I only had to call once. The girl who raised him was very kind and friendly. He told me to send the product by courier at their own expense to replace it with me. They called me after 5 days to let me know that the replacement was done and they sent it to me immediately. I received the product after 2 days. And all this in August! Professionals !!!

Άψογη και συνεπής εξυπηρέτηση. Συνιστώ το κατάστημα electroshop ανεπιφύλακτα. Θα το χρησιμοποιήσω στο μέλλον και πάλι. I placed an order for maxtra filters on 25/04/2021, in three days, 28/04/2021, the parcel arrived perfectly at the Akrata vineyard in the Peloponnese. Flawless and consistent service. I highly recommend the electroshop store. I will use it again in the future.
D	Dimitris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγοράζω από το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα κυρίως σακούλες ηλεκτρικής σκούπας και πάντα τις παραλαμβάνω (Ανατολική Αττική) την αμέσως επόμενη ημέρα από την παραγγελία ! Οι τύποι είναι απίστευτα γρήγοροι !! Μπράβο και στο μαγαζί τους αλλά και στη μεταφορική τους !!! I mainly buy vacuum cleaner bags from this store and I always receive them (Eastern Attica) the very next day after the order! The guys are incredibly fast !! Well done to their store but also to their transport !!!

Μετά από 5 προσπάθειες και 45 μέρες επικοινωνίας επιτέλους έλαβα το προϊόν μου. Ο μόνος λόγος που κόβω το ένα αστεράκι είναι επειδή μπορούν να βελτιωθούν λίγο στο θέμα ανταπόκρισης στη γραπτή επικοινωνία (που κατά τα άλλη ήταν άψογη χωρίς προβλήματα). Για όποιον ενδιαφέρεται το αρχικό μου review. δεν μπορώ να συστήσω το electroshop καθως η εμπειρία μου ηταν κατωτερη απο αλλα e-shops. 4 φορες προσπαθησαν να μου στειλουν την κανατα με τα φιλτρα, η πρωτη δεν εφτασε ποτε μετα απο 3 βδομαδες καθυστερηση και στις υπολοιπες 3 ελαβα την κανατα σπασμενη. Παρολο που η τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία ηταν αψογη, θα προτιμούσα να έδιναν την ίδια σημασια και στη φόρμα παραπονων (αν ο πελάτης ειχε καποιο προβλημα ομιλιας η δεν μιλουσε Ελληνικά δεν θα ειχε την ιδια μεταχείριση) Επισης για την επιστροφή χρηματων χρειάστηκε να τηλεφωνησω για να ξεκινήσει η διαδικασία κατι που σε αλλα eshops γινεται αυτοματα μετα την παραλαβη και επιβεβαίωση του προϊόντος που επιστραφηκε. Πιστεύω οτι μπορείτε να γίνετε καλύτεροι αλλα για την ωρα απλα συνιστω ανεπιφύλακτα σε οσους κανουν παραγγελιες απο Αθηνα να μην σας προτιμησουν. I change my initial review since their incredible insistence to keep the customer happy should serve as a model for the other stores. After 5 attempts and 45 days of communication I finally received my product. The only reason I cut an asterisk is because they can improve a bit in terms of responding to written communication (which otherwise was flawless without problems). For anyone interested in my initial review. I can not recommend the electroshop as my experience was inferior to other e-shops. 4 times they tried to send me the jug with the filters, the first one never arrived after 3 weeks delay and in the other 3 I received the broken jug. Although the telephone communication was impeccable, I would prefer that they pay the same attention to the complaint form (if the customer had a speech problem or did not speak Greek he would not be treated the same) process something that in other eshops is done automatically after the receipt and confirmation of the returned product. I believe that you can become better but for the time being I simply strongly recommend to those who place orders from Athens not to prefer you.

Με κάλεσαν πίσω οι ίδιοι για να μην χρεώνομαι και για να βεβαιωθούν ότι ο κωδικός της σακούλας, που τους ζήτησα, αντιστοιχεί στην σκούπα που έχω! Το πακέτο που παρέλαβα ήταν τόσο προσεγμένο που θα μπορούσε να μεταφέρει και πορσελάνες με απόλυτη ασφάλεια!!! Μου έστειλαν ΔΩΡΟ αρωματικούς κυλίνδρους και οι συσκευασίες περιείχαν ΚΑΙ φίλτρο για την σκούπα! Και από τιμή, ΠΟΛΥ ΚΑΛΟΙ! Μπράβο τους, θα τους ξανά προτιμήσω!!! They were all perfect!
